Beautiful home near all the attractions! Close enough to walk, far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The jasmine plant made the courtyard smell so beautiful! Giulia was a fantastic hostess, friendly and helpful. A true pleasure!

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is a short walk to the Mercato Centrale of Florence and the Duomo as well. Lots of great restaurants close by. We love to walk So this was great for us. We stayed at Flora House as a family trip with my parents and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped, and we really enjoyed cooking meals together with fresh ingredients from the host’s farm. It was a great place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. Highly recommended!

A beautiful property to stay in while exploring this wonderful city. We had a very late check in & Matteo & Suzanna were so accommodating. The home is a fantastic place of calm & coolness after a hot day spent in a busy city. Great local places to eat & artisan makers… thank you we loved Flora & would recommend & love to return someday .

Really loved our stay here. The rooftop was amazing and it wasn't noisy at all, even with a concert going on a few blocks away. Amazing ambiance and views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place. The quiet surroundings were perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of Florence. And it's still easily accessible by tram. Giacomo was a wonderful host and was always available. We truly enjoyed every day there.

Gianni was an amazing host! I loved my time at the apt and was very sad to leave when my week was over. The location is incredible. The river is at the end of the street and I enjoyed the river walk every evening. The Ponte Vecchio is a few minutes away and so is the Uffizi. The apt was beautiful and better than described. The combo of beautiful living space and incredible location made for a life experience that I will recall fondly for years. And don’t forget to enjoy the sunsets on the water!

The location is perfect, nice neighborhood, very safe with taxi’s right there. It’s a lively area but the apartment is nice and quiet. Two air conditioners, one in bedroom and one in kitchen. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Laura’s perfectly located downtown Florence apartment. From the moment we arrived, Laura went above and beyond—greeting us personally, helping us get settled, and sharing invaluable local tips, including how to secure hard-to-get reservations and book taxis. The apartment itself was ideal: beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly central. All of Florence’s major attractions are just a short walk away, and you’re also close to essentials like grocery stores and cafés. It was the perfect home base for exploring, but also a lovely place to relax. We especially loved enjoying dinners and sunrises on the rooftop with its stunning view of the city. Traveling with our baby, we were especially grateful for all the thoughtful family-friendly touches Laura provided to make our stay comfortable and easy. A big thank you to Laura for her warm hospitality. If you’re considering booking this place—do it! You won’t regret it.

We actually were unable to stay here because my husband was hospitalized in Venice. The communication and understanding us having to cancel was tremendous. We have stayed in the neighborhood before and loved the area and walkable to everything we needed. Also just a couple of blocks from the train station which made this more attractive. Hopefully we will be able to visit someday.

Delightfully cozy accommodation in a perfect location for all the main city centre sights. Comfortable and peaceful. A true home from home. Breakfast and evening wind down in the courtyard garden surrounded by flowering shrubs and birdsong was a real bonus. Patrizia was the perfect host. It's a really nice house. It's spacious, clean and everything is in place. It is comfortable and quiet because there are all tourist attractions one stop away. The nearby mart was also very good. The host is also very kind. I had a great time in Florence thanks to you.

We had such a lovely stay at Lola’s place. The garden was lovely to relax in during the evenings and the location was perfect - walkable to the main attractions in Florence but quieter and less hectic than being right in the centre which was perfect for us! Lola was so friendly and helpful - she gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and helped us with queries during our stay. She also gave us lots of cute thoughtful gifts for our baby!

Our families 7 night stay at Ponte Vecchio was 10 🌟 PERFECT in every way. In the midst of fabulous, frenetic Firenze we found calm, quiet, & the intimacy of nature close to everything. The spacious, beautiful & bright apartment is sophisticated, artistic, comfortable & is equipped with all necessary details. Our host Riccardo was helpful from the moment we booked until he bid us farewell the morning we left, insuring the taxi he got us was suitable. He greeted us with warmth introducing us to our home away from home with fresh plants, wine, cold drinks-a kind, thoughtful touch. We awakened to the intoxicating scent of Jasmin & magpies each morning savouring our cappuccinos from downstairs. The restaurants Riccardo recommended were two of our favourites in all our travels with no exception. You experience with your whole being the quality & passion. Specialty shops & our fav. lunch trattoria Dei Rossi around the winding streets. We will return & stay at Ricardo’s. Grazie, Grazie 🙏

This apartment is one of a kind. The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated, and has panoramic views of the entire city of Florence. We were able to have our coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise. Moreover Matteo, provided water, beer and a complementary bottle of Tuscan white wine which we had in the evening while watching a sunset. Matteo was very helpful and extremely flexible, especially during check-in. He provided us with fun facts not only about the apartment but the city as well. Everything is centrally located and we were able to walk everywhere when sightseeing. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

This is a great apartment for 2-3 people. Fairly close to the city centre and has good access via bus. It's super spacious and a pretty cool evening view from the balcony

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.

Rani was the best host I have dealt with as an AB&B customer. The apartment was spacious, had a great location and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant literally right next door, was excellent. I highly recommend the apartment and most of all the host Thank you Rani!!
