Borgo Allegri - Beautiful house immersed in art

Be surprised by the unusual combinations of brick walls and modern furnishings. Every detail of this apartment is taken care of to create a warm and convivial atmosphere. The mezzanine then lends itself to playful or relaxing moments, but also for two more guests! The apartment was created with love for detail and attention to the comfort and livability of the spaces. It is a large, comfortable, elegant and carefully designed open space of 40m2. It is located in a quiet area in the heart of the city, among the main streets of the Florentine nightlife and at the same time the historical, artistic and architectural heart of the city. A particular mention goes to via Pietra Piana and Sant'Ambrogio, which, although in the tourist circuit, still maintains its local character, with shops not intended for mass tourism consumption, but more attentive to the needs of those who still reside within the city walls and, with them, those who are more interested in tourism close to the true nature of the places visited. The living area is bright and is the heart of the house, equipped with a small but comfortable sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV and table where you can eat comfortably, seating four people The adjacent kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to try your hand at some cooking, even while on vacation. The bedroom overlooks the back of the building, very quiet, has a comfortable double bed, desk, and a small walk-in closet. I will always be available to help and suggest to guests some particular point of view of the city. When possible, I will personally check in or check out The apartment is midway between two atmospheres: one very touristy and full of historical interests, and the other more authentic and still linked to those who live in the city. In front of the apartment, one of the few and rare green public spaces within the walls. I recommend all guests to download the Mobike app, to move easily by bicycle within the city. Otherwise, surely moving on foot is the best alternative for a city the size of Florence. The apartment is midway between two atmospheres: one very touristy and full of historical interests, and the other more authentic and still linked to those who live in the city. In front of the apartment, one of the few and rare green public spaces within the walls opens up.

We adored our stay here in Florence. You’re right in the heart of the city so able to walk to absolutely everything. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars nearby. However off the main streets so not too loud. The inside was adorable and the perfect escape from a hot and busy day! Thank you for a great stay!

This condo is just perfect in every way!! It’s so pristinely clean, gorgeous, comfy bed, beautiful bed linens, all desired appliances, full size fridge and freezer and one of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed in all over the world (of 50+). Don’t hesitate! Book this before you miss out!! The AC works so well and is a dream to return to after a hot day of sightseeing! This is in the historic area and it’s so close to walk to all the main attractions!

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!
