Luminoso, molto silenzioso ed estremamente confortevole, è composto da una piccola e graziosa cucina con piano ad induzione, un bagno con ampia doccia, una camera con letto matrimoniale ed uno spazioso soggiorno. È ufficiale: è tornato uno dei più iconici mercatini di Natale in Piazza Santa Croce dal 20 novembre al 19 dicembre! Vivere a fianco di Santa Croce significa essere fisicamente al centro di tutte le attrattive del centro di Firenze, fra le quali la casa di Michelangelo,il Duomo, museo del Bargello,museo dell’Accademia,Galleria degli Uffizi,Mercato di Sant’Ambrogio. ·Per quanto riguarda i trasporti l'abitazione è in una posizione molto privilegiata, collegata perfettamente sia con i viali di circonvallazione sia con il Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia. Inoltre in piazza Santa Croce vi è anche una fermata per taxi, ed in via Ghibellina una fermata del C2 (il minibus del centro storico che arriva dalla stazione SMN). Per il parcheggio delle vetture (siamo in zona ZTL) è comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo Parclick (a pagamento) in Corso dei Tintori 35r, facilmente raggiungibile dai viali e vicino all'abitazione (150 metri). C'è anche il sito multilingue per prenotare il proprio posto. Borgo Allegri - Cute house immersed in art

Be amazed by the new combination of brick walls and modern furnishings. Every detail of this apartment is curated to create a warm and convivial atmosphere. The loft also lends itself to playful or relaxing moments but also for two more guests! The apartment was created with love for details and attention to the comfort and livability of the spaces. This is a spacious, comfortable, stylish and designer 40m2 open space. It is in a quiet area within the heart of the city, among those that are the streets of Florentine nightlife and at the same time the historical, artistic and architectural heart of the city. A mention goes to via Pietra Piana and Sant'Ambrogio, which, although in the tourist circuit, still maintains its local character, with shops not intended for mass tourism consumption, but more attentive to the need of those who still reside within the city walls and, with them, those who are more interested in a tourism close to the true nature of the places visited. The living area is bright and is the heart of the house, equipped with a small but comfortable sofa, two armchairs, flat screen TV and table where you can eat comfortably in four The adjacent kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need to try your hand at cooking, even on holiday. The bedroom overlooks the back of the building, very quiet, has a comfortable double bed, desk, and a small walk-in closet. I will always be available to help and suggest to guests some particular points of view of the city. When possible, I will personally check in or check out The apartment is halfway between two souls, one very touristy and full of historical interests, and the other, more authentic and still linked to those who live in the city. In front of the apartment opens one of the few rare green public spaces inside the walls. I recommend all guests to download the Mobike app, to move easily by bicycle within the city. Otherwise definitely walking is the best alternative for a city the size of Florence. The apartment is located in between two souls, one very touristy and full of historical interests, and the other more authentic and connected even to those who live in the city. In front of the apartment opens one of the few rare green public spaces inside the walls.

Once entered the apartment, you will be greeted warmly by the homely atmosphere at once. High white wash exposed beams and plenty of windows provide an abundance of natural light. Tastefully decorated with enchanting artwork and charismatic furnishings, this apartment will surely give you an authentic experience one could never obtain in a standard hotel. Next to the fully equipped kitchen, there is an original open fireplace and a magnificent tribal throne at your disposal. The space opens up to a cute living room/dining area for you to wind down in after a long day of sightseeing. The large double bed and the glorious headboard are also ideal for stretching out after walking around this ancient city.
