Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

Nice quiet place with good connection to the railways station / city center. Having a tram stop nearby is very beneficial (from my short experience tram is waaaay more predictable than a bus).

I stayed a little over a month and it was a great stay! Market 7 min walk, bus stop nearby, city center a good 45 min walk. Apartment just like the photos, host Elisa always responded promptly. I only had a problem with the freezer, which I had to defrost because it produced a lot of ice, and with the refrigerator, which lowered the temperature on its own. Since I was storing insulin, I was worried, but I already notified the host and she will certainly check it. A good stay for those who prefer to stay outside the tourist center.

Very good stay at Andrea's apartment. Following a missed correspondence, I arrived later than expected and Andrea sent me all the necessary instructions for my arrival. The apartment is spacious, located 2 steps from Campo di Marte train station, and right next to a convenience store. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Andrea was kind enough to warn me about the reservation of the museums, almost mandatory to be able to enter in high season. A great stay!

Well-organized apartment, perfect for a short stay in Florence. The location is convenient, right in front of the tram stop that takes you to the center in just 4 stops. Latif was very friendly and helpful, making everything easy from check-in. Overall, a good base for exploring the city!

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

Very well located accommodation, only 100m from tram, close to train station and city center. Really very good

The location is unbeatable – the apartment is in the Oltrarno neighbourhood, which itself is amazing (lots of small bars and cafes) and slightly less crowded than the touristy neighbourhoods on the other side of the river, but it’s also only a short walk away from the main sights of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio or the Uffizi gallery. It’s also very easy to reach from the airport / Santa Maria Novella train station. There’s a small supermarket in the adjacent building and a bus stop in front of the house where the apartment is located. The flat has all you need for a few-day stay in Florence, it is spacious (there were three of us) and clean. And it has a small balcony overlooking the Arno River :) The hosts are very helpful and responsive but at the same time not intrusive. It’s simply the best place to stay at in Florence!

Lucrezia is a great and accommodating host. Particularly noteworthy is the terrace and the garden of the property.

A wonderful peaceful place in Tuscany. Spent most of our evenings out on the balcony, admiring the beautiful view. Home was well appointed and comfortable inside, and the host was very responsive to any questions or issues. Radda was also lovely, with good food, wine and a local tap room with interesting options! Would strongly recommend a stay here.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. It's a pleasure to return there after a day of sightseeing. Thank you for your help with the path, the luggage and your kindness!

We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. If you like authenticity and tranquility, then don't hesitate...

The accommodation is simply wonderful and has its own charm! The reception was very familiar and personal, so you felt comfortable right away. The accommodation has everything you need and beyond, there are also many useful utensils in the accommodation. Francesca is a really very friendly and helpful hostess who gave us a good feeling on vacation from the beginning. From here, you can explore Tuscany very well and also explore very beautiful regions on foot. Unfortunately, the access to the accommodation is unpaved and a little more difficult to reach, but otherwise the accommodation is just perfect.

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Guests who book the house should know that it is about four kilometers from the town, up the hill. It didn't bother us because we had a car, but you have to know that.

All in all, a wonderful Tuscan experience! Beautiful home that helped us feel local and part of the place and surroundings. Sabrina was so nice and welcoming and attentive to anything we needed!

Gorgeous apartment in central, Florence you couldn't ask for any closer to the city centre and the price was amazing for how good the apartment was. Eletta was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely reccomend

It was the nicest room I've ever stayed in on a trip!! I want to come back to Florence just to stay in this room again!! Traveling is tiring, but I was glad to have a place to relax, and there are supermarkets nearby, so I recommend eating at home!

Very close to the cathedral, and with great light!

Fatmira’s place is wonderful. It is very spacious, the ceilings are 4 metres high, very nice living room and modern kitchen. The bedroom is big with a lot of storage and the apartment has a nice, squeaky clean bathroom. The condo is situated in a gated community, it’s very safe and, of course, has a private parking. It’s also very accessible to the centre of the city, you can easily walk from the apartment to there. Fatmira was incredibly helpful and an enjoyable host. She answered questions whenever needed. I strongly recommend this place.

I recommend this accommodation. A big plus - 12 minutes walk from the station (this will be especially appreciated by travelers who have come not only to Florence, but also to Pisa and Rome). Air-conditioner in every room New furniture and clean cleaning. Special thanks to the host: Luka immediately accepted our request for early check-in and organized everything perfectly. Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend
