Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Santa Croce, Florence

This house is in a superb location, it's walking distance from everywhere and around the corner from the Arno and the beautiful bridge. It is also a step away from a lively piazza - a delight to come back to at the end of every day. The place is compact but charming and the amenities are everything that one may need. Alberto was super proactive and clear in communication. Great stay!

Host was helpful and responsive, answering quickly and always trying to help. Appartment is positioned in cosy, quiet neigbourhood with nearby grocery stories. It is positioned in vicinity of the city center so walking there was not a problem. Also T2 tram leads directly to the main train station. Appartment us spacious and well equipped.

If we return to Florence, this apartment will undoubtedly be our accommodation again. Well located, very quiet, both during the day and at night. The terrace exceeds all expectations. Beautiful view, plenty of space, wonderful seating and enjoyment. The shower didn't bother us. For those who love charm and luxury, this is 5 stars. David responds quickly and kindly.

Great location, easy to walk off the train and right across the street to the residence. The building was quiet and you’d never know it was close to the train station. Safe entry, walking distance to everything in Florence, and was grateful that Emmanuela met us at the property and gave us instructions on how to enter the building and how to use the amenities in the house. FANTASTIC Airbnb!! Location is excellent with a 5 minute walk to most places. The apartment was clean and absolutely perfect. Two full bathrooms that were fully stocked, comfortable bed, great A/C, very safe, and overall just perfect. He gave me clear instructions to find the apartment and to check in. I honestly love this place and can’t wait to come again.

Great location and in the middle of everything!

Exceptional in everyway. One of the most beautiful homes I have ever stayed. Additionally, Antella is a lovely town and only a short distance from Firenze. It is the best of all worlds, living in the countryside only a short distance from one of the most beautiful cities in the world. I must also add that Bianca and Andreas are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. An incredible place.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

This place is so beautiful! After a crazy day in Florence it was nice to go back to this peaceful beauty. Laura and her family were so nice and helped us with any questions we had about the area. The house is big too so gave us a little space from the kids for a bit too lol

Sandro's apartment is as shown in the picture, clean, tidy, and suitable for four people.The coffee Sandro gave us was delicious... The apartment is not far from the station, a ten-minute walk, the apartment is not far from the beach and the supermarket, and it is convenient for sightseeing and living.If you come to Rimini, I would recommend you to stay.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable, the apartment is very nice and private. The view from the terrace is fantastic. What was a bit disturbing was the street in front of the house, but in the evening there was not so much going on. All in all, it was really great. Everything you need was also there.

Caterina was a wonderful host. She met us at the condo and her love of her city was obvious upon meeting her. The location of the condo is incredible, just steps to the Piazza della Signoria and a short walk to the Piazza del Duomo. Super easy to access everything Florence has to offer. The condo was very clean and spacious with modern amenities in a historic building. Though in the middle of everything, it was very quiet inside. We’d definitely come visit again for our next Florence trip. Thanks Caterina!

The house is located in the center of the old city, and it is very convenient to go anywhere. This is really the biggest advantage. The room has a good view because it is on the top floor, the only disadvantage is because there is no elevator, the luggage is very large, plus the girl's words, or to be psychologically prepared.

If you go to Florence and want to be in a great neighborhood with lots of great restaurants; but want to be able to walk to anything important - this is your place. Clean, comfortable, safe location and space. Check in instructions included pictures to walk you thru every aspect. Tommaso was very proactive and responsive. If we come to Florence again, we will definitely try to stay here.

A fantastic stay! Location was fantastic, very close to the Duomo and all of the sites. As mentioned in other reviews, there were plenty of stairs up the apartment, but once up, it was great. Large and well stocked kitchen and living area. Clean bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and air-con was efficient and quiet. Lorella was responsive on all matters and gave clear instructions accessing the apartment. I would love to stay again. Grazie Lorella!

We had a great stay in Barbara's apartment. Everything was sparkling clean, the apartment was well furnished and generously sized. Barbara answers all questions within a few minutes and is therefore a real help in all matters! There are problems with mosquitoes if you do not recognize that mosquito roller blinds are present. With the help of the roller blinds, you can leave the windows open at night and cool the rooms down wonderfully. You sleep wonderfully in the bed. Since the apartment is uphill, the view was breathtaking, but it is better to have a rental car to get up and down effortlessly. Getting a taxi or Huber is almost impossible and the approx. 5-minute ride costs more than €20! The best way to get there is from Scandicci by tram to Florence. It is tight and warm in the summer, but it only costs €1.70 per trip. If we visit Florence again, we would stay with Barbara again at any time!

Unfortunately, it was only a fleeting visit to Florence, but everything worked perfectly. I thank Jessica for her availability and professionalism, highly recommended.

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.

Casamia was a really nice place to stay at! In a nice, quiet neighborhood, with a bunch of restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Maridana was a great host, always super responsive and with a lot of nice local recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it in the future. :)
