Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

The house and the location were perfect! When we come back to Ventura this is where we’ll stay again. Everything was clean and our kids were happy with the games provided outside. This house made our vacation!

This was a great spot for a few nights in Santa Barbara and Jim is an absolutely fantastic host! Location is perfect. Easy, short walk to the beach and all SB has to offer. The space itself is comfortable and pretty straightforward. Has the basic amenities for a weekend trip. Jim helped us coordinate an early check-in, assisted with an extra night stay and allowed us to leave our bags for an extra hour after check-out - all of which were greatly appreciated!

We loved our stay here. It was super peaceful and had everything we needed for our Malibu getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location and walkable to lots of shops, restaurants and the beach. There is an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit so if you need space, it works out great to rent both. Parking was also easy on the street during the weekdays. Ian was a very responsive host. Thanks Ian.

Harvey's apartment was clean and the property had a gorgeous garden. The instructions were clear, host friendly, and the apartment had plenty of amenities. The space is about 1/2 mile from plenty of places to eat and drink. Would definitely stay again.

Sandy and Joy’s place was fabulous! The home is comfy and centrally located to the downtown area and beaches. The rooftop deck was a great spot for our family to hangout and enjoy the sun and sunsets. Joy is very easy to work with and is very responsive to requests. We’ll stay here again on a future Santa Barbara trip.

The place is beautiful, clean and new inside. It is in a nice location next to the beach, State Street and the Funk Zone. It is near the freeway, so there is a bit of traffic noise, but not enough to really notice. One note of warning is the tree over the #7 parking spot leaks sap. We had to go to the car wash to get it all removed before it hardened on our car. Everything came off but just be aware. All in all, we had a great time.

Great stay, super cute place, everything as described.. Snacks and bottles of water were included which was a nice surprise. Very quiet. I highly recommend James studio.

We just spent 2 days and we would love to have more days in there. all matches with the descriptions and more. Very clean, all you need to have everything in hand, highly recommended. Walking distance to the beach, we still remember beautiful sunsets, and walking distance to a street full of restaurantes, and Montecito is lovely.

Very pleased with my recent stay at The Channel Islands Beach Retreat. As soon as I entered the property I felt like I was in a secret garden oasis. Absolutely loved all the amenities and comfort of the home. The beds were a dream! I slept so well. I hope to stay here again in the future because I was so impressed! Everything from check in to check out was very easy. The house was very clean with sufficient amenities. The location is quiet but with several restaurants and a great coffee shop within close walking distance.

Beautiful and rustic home with amazing view of the ocean. Cozy living room and kitchen. Kitchen has basic stuff for you to cook a meal. Front porch has a grill so we were able to grill up some steaks for dinner. Backyard seems a little over-grown with plants but it didnt bother us. Overall, the location was worth it for the view. Rebecca was an amazing host, very responsive and accomodating! Great place to stay for a weekend trip to Santa Barbara! Minor observation: Around 9pm during the night of our stay, we heard a "thud" sound in the front porch area. We opened the door to see what it was. At that exact moment, we saw a water bottle flying over from the right side of porch - landing in the front porch area. Not sure who threw it or maybe if it fell from the roof. It was dark so we couldn't see well. No big deal - just found it a little weird. Could be the neighbors next door? We mentioned this to Rebecca on the day of check out just as an FYI and she will look into this more.

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

perfect location in Montecito! Very short walk to both the village and butterfly beach. The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the backyard is so serene! The 101 is not at all too loud- it’s like gentle ambient noise- our newborn baby slept very comfortably and easily here! 😁 our family would absolutely return again! thanks Sara for sharing your beautiful space!

Nice house in Santa Barbara in a quiet neighborhood. Just a quick drive from the beach and downtown. The spa is a great amenity to relax after a day out .

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Such a beautiful large condo Great location and Terri was so kind and helpful. Had access to e bike which was so fun. Hot tub was relaxing and really enjoyed having an outdoor warm shower after going to the beach. Loved this spot and would definitely stay here again!

Eileen’s place is an absolute dream. Beautiful condo that is bright, clean, and comfortable. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and picturesque town! Eileen was super communicative and provided clear instructions. I’d love to visit again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

We had a great stay with Avi, visiting our son at UCSB, and will for sure be back! After several visits staying at hotels we wanted something where we could cook and have more down time space but still be close to downtown. Avi’s place was perfect - he was super responsive, the apartment looked exactly at pictured and the location can’t be beat. As a bonus the bed was super comfortable. :) Would highly recommend!
