Amazing location. Beautifully decorated home with all the essentials and lots of space. Worked out perfectly for our family getaway. Well worth the visit!

Perfect little beach hide out. I love the patio and the thoughtful amenities. It’s a very serene place on a spectacular beach. It has a Kuerig, so if you like drip or your own brand of coffee, bring a cone and filters.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, in a perfect location—just a short, easy walk to the beach. It’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood with great walking spots nearby, and we loved taking the bikes along the path to downtown Ventura. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the location truly couldn’t be better. Would stay again and again—highly recommend!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

Nice, clean accommodations. I would describe the place more as a guest house than a home as it is attached to the main house to which the owner (Darren) resides. There is also another studio-type accommodation attached to the "house." Both were non-issues as they were quiet and rarely seen from the "house." We travel with our dogs and the backyard was great for them...quiet, large, clean, and private. Easy walk (~10 min) to Butterfly beach from the "house" as well as to town. The bedroom is bright due to the skylights so if you are a late sleeper, it may impact you. The bed was softer than my wife and I prefer. Overall a nice place!

10 stars! The house and property are extremely homey and comfy, in a low key, peaceful neighborhood. Plenty of spaces to spread out and enjoy. The best stocked kitchen I have ever had with Airbnb. Great appliances and kitchen gear if you love to cook. We had our dog and between the large private back yard and the 5 minute walk to the off leash preserve and 10 minutes to the Mesa steps down to the beach, we were in heaven. Frank was the consummate host… friendly, helpful and hands off. He sincerely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great remodeled condo right on the beach in Malibu with easy parking in designated space or on the street. Everything you need to enjoy the fantastic beach and views. Very tasteful chef's kitchen and comfortable beds. Marc and Luis are great, highly recommend if headed to Malibu!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Melody’s kindness, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations, like the easy walk to Nobu restaurant, made our stay even more special. It was the perfect couple’s getaway peaceful, romantic, and filled with special touches. We are so grateful for the chance to stay here and can’t wait to return. This is a beautiful home in one of the few waterfront properties between Santa Barbara and Ventura. The host was highly responsive and accommodating, and the place was very clean despite some wear and tear. The only cautions I would give to someone looking to stay here are that (1) the pool and hot tub are extremely narrow, (2) the house has no air conditioning, and (3) a large suburban or truck won’t fit in the carport with the gate closed. Otherwise a great place to stay.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

This is perfect for a couple or a family with 2 small children. The kitchen was well equipped if you want to cook but restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is a block away, as well as a grassy park. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host, great location, fun stay. Highly recommended. Jumped on the surfliner Amtrak and took our kids to the Santa Barbara Zoo. Hung out on the beach just down the road from the apartment. Awesome time!

The Sandyland Studio in Carpinteria CA was absolutely wonderful. The location is barely a two min walk to the beach and all the fun restaurants and shops are in walking distance. The place felt fresh, cozy and had multiple amenities. Our family of four (two elementary aged children) also slept comfortably on the queen bed and the full/queen sized pull out couch. Highly recommend this spot and we will book this place again in the future.

this place was an amazing stay. the hosts were extremely great at communicating. the backyard and the pool was wonderful.

This AirBnB was one of the best that I have stayed in. There were 4 of us and we were more than comfortable. Sarah was very responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

This was our first time visiting Carpinteria and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Elena allowed both of our small dogs to stay with us, the beach was only about 2 minutes away, and most of the downtown area was very walkable. We also enjoyed walking along the trails of the Salt Marsh Nature Park which was across the street from us. The apartment was very clean and was fine for the two of us and our two small dogs. The only negative was that the people above us were very loud at times after 10pm and also before 8am. Elena was a wonderful host and we hope to back again some time soon for another stay. We had an incredible visit to Santa Barbara staying here! Everything looked just like the pictures and the back patio was gorgeous. We loved the quick walk up to the beach and had no problem with taking the time to walk into downtown. We really appreciated Maddi’s recommendations for food, drinks, and hikes. Very convenient place, highly recommend!

We had a great stay, everything was nice and was just as listed. I would say if you have PTSD you should be a bit careful since the waves do vibrate the property at times. Everything was beautiful and the host were so responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Lynn was a friendly host with really clear communication and everything went really smoothly. The home was cosy, just right for 2 couples, and we loved the hot-tub & private back yard. The cliffs and coast are 50m away and the area is safe, walkable, and very pretty with nice gardens. We had everything we needed and had a lovely time, and Santa Barbara is a beautiful place to visit. Thanks so much!

This place is awesome! Right on the beach, quiet at night perfect location for all beach activities. My son and I played volleyball right north of the place in Ventura and we also drove to East Beach in Santa Barbara (only 30 minutes) to play as well. The house on the beach was perfectly decorated and everything had some thought put into for efficiency and thoughtfulness. Daniel was a great host and had all the beach gear…. Highly recommend for a relaxing each vacation!
