A bright, comfortable studio with high ceilings, and a full sized kitchen which includes a butcher block counter seating area for working or dining. Gas stove, Fiestaware dishes, Revere ware pans, silverware, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and refrigerator. Fully fenced in yard with private gate, patio, and lawn. The secluded Mesa Lane Beach is 2 blocks away, and the Douglas Family Preserve with beautiful bluff views is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Rustic retreat

This cottage is very comfortable and cute. It is rustic but we have AC and heat for every season. The outside has a lovely courtyard with fire pit and string lights. This cottage is very centrally located with Los Olivos just a mile up the road and Solvang 3 miles down the road. There are many wineries in every direction walking distance and a bike ride away. It sleeps two comfortably in our queen size bed. Please let us know the duration of time in which she would like to stay.

Very clean, very cute, comfy big bed, off street parking in a lot, has mini fridge, hair dryer, kuerig, small sink with dishes, great shower with shampoo conditioner body wash. Walkable 15-20 mins to restaurants on state street or 5 min drive. Host is a collective of folks managing - very nice and organized. Unit is in locked secure section- code for gate is a little overkill but doable. Ring cameras in outside area of property. Outside sitting area with large connect 4 but would need to watch volume as noise carries into the unit, thin walls. Big tv, big mirror outside bathroom for getting ready, 2 suitcase racks, a pole to hang 2-4 hangers. Super clean! Super comfy for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again!

A Dreamy Beach Bungalow

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

We had such an amazing time at Carla's place! The place was exactly how it was listed and super clean and organized. The overall atmosphere of this place was so cozy and cute, and exactly what we needed. Loved how close it was to Downtown SB as well, and Carla also provided a lot of recommendations for things to do and eat. Only slightly negative thing was that they did use bleach to clean the main room before our stay, and while they did tell us about it and tried their best to air out the room before our stay, the smell was unfortunately really strong and we had to continue airing out the room and the floors always felt a bit damp after. Other than that though, our stay was amazing and relaxing, and we'd love to come back here again!

The space was very clean and nicely designed! There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the electric fireplace definitely was a nice touch. Matthew was super helpful and responsive when the power went out and we were having issues finding the breaker panel, which was conveniently actually in the kitchen.

As a dog owner I really appreciate having access to a green space for my dog to use. If I may suggest putting some lighting in the backyard for night time use then this place would be perfect. Overall we’re very much satisfied with our stay and highly recommend it. The neighborhood is great too. Would stay here again!

My husband and I had an amazing time in Asher’s cabin for a two night stay for our anniversary. His cabin is expertly curated and is comfortable and welcoming. Asher was very communicative and answered quickly every time we messaged back and forth. We used the grill and ate outdoors and stargazed while relaxing in the hot tub. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Another note - he has a Tushy bidet installed on the toilet! I travel with a portable bidet and was floored and ecstatic to see the Tushy installed! We will absolutely come here again! Asher’s cabin is perfect for a two person getaway.
