We had an amazing stay. The house, the surroundings …everything just beautiful. Could not have asked for a better location; truly loved everything about the house.

We absolutely love staying at this house. It’s our 2nd time and it won’t be our last. The location is perfect! There’s a walking trail to a shopping center that has a grocery store, a Starbucks, and much more - including a brewery that has amazing beer and great food. It’s also walkable to Zuma Beach! We have 4 kids and this house is so perfect for us - enough room for everyone to spread out. And the view from the deck cannot be beat. You get a view of the ocean/coast line/ and the mountains all in one.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home! The setting and landscape design were spectacular. We enjoyed going on hikes and walks from the property and it was convenient to get to and from downtown SB. Communication with and instructions from the home owner were clear and simple to follow.

Our stay was amazing! The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for 8 adults. It was a very short walk to the beach an some nice hiking trails. The hot tub felt great after a day of paragliding at a nearby park.

The Property is a bit up in the mountainous terrain of Malibu, but it's well worth the drive. There are so many acres to e4xplore and the views are breathtaking. The architecture is simplistic/organic, as if to fit in with the serene nature it resides. The landscaping is impeccable, so much that you'll want to spend most of your time outside. Mani was great to work with, but we didn't really have much of a need to contact him, other thaqn forgetting some medication at the prop0erty, which he kindly returned., Great stay, will go back.

I could not be happier with Ken’s place. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s beautiful. The roses out back were amazing. Ken was responsive and so forgiving when we accidentally broke a glass. And no check out instructions other than turn things off (lights, AC, etc…). It couldn’t have been easier. And a park just down the street for kiddos. Super safe and cute neighborhood. Stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

We had a great stay at this beautiful residence. The hosts were amazing. They provided snacks, fruit, drinks and many other food items for our stay! We stayed over New Year's Eve and they even provided party items. The residence was just as pictured. It's location is great, just next to the beach. Thank you for a great stay!

Great communication- very in touch with his guests! Was willing to communicate about everything and was such a big help! The house was perfect for our getaway!

I have gotten a quick response from the host and everything that description says tend to be accurate although some minor things can be interpreted little differently. Everything was new except few things that can be easily replaced or requested to be replace. Place has nothing to do outside of the site but good place to be isolated and relaxed

Place was nice and clean pool was warm hot tub was hotter and it was a great little get away! Awesome house for a good group of people.

Paul’s place was perfect for our group of 8 friends! The two bathrooms were absolutely clean and new. We loved everything.

It was a pleasure to have stayed at this Airbnb in Pine Mountain Club for a group retreat. Despite the heat, it was not too hot throughout our entire stay especially since we did not leave the cabin at all. All of the rooms were well equipped with extra towels, sheets, blankets, cooking utensils, and much more to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for providing clear and concise instructions and directions in advance for our stay here! We loved it!

Lots of room for extra friends/family. Great stove top/easy cleaning up. Clean pool, working laundry room. Amazing outside view! Checks off as a really great spot to stay for a few days. Outside amenities is okay could be better. But overall, the stay was pleasant.

We had such a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family, and the highlight for all of us—especially the kids—was the pool. They spent hours swimming and playing, and it was such a relaxing space for the adults too. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Adam was incredibly responsive and kind—any time we had a question or needed something, they got back to us right away and were super helpful. That made a big difference and made us feel really taken care of. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun and easy getaway. We’d love to come back again!

Jonathan's home in Somis was perfect for our group of old college friends. We arrived with 4 pickleball enthusiasts and left with 8. Originally, our group had plans to do a hike, but as soon as we settled in, no one wanted to leave the premises. The pool was refreshing after hours of pickleball, and we ended each evening relaxing in the hot tub catching up on each others' lives. Jonathan was responsive, friendly, and relaxed. He really made the booking and stay hassle-free. I would 100% rent the home in Somis again in the future.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.
