Bungalow holiday rentals in Santa Barbara

This place is amazing! If you are looking for an affordable house ON THE BEACH with LOTS of beds then this is your place! It’s not state of the art or completely upgraded, but it is so cozy. We were there with 5 small children and 6 adults and we were never in each others way. The beach itself is beautiful and the outdoor shower is a perfect addition to this beach get away. There are lots of amenities provided so don’t stress! Towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach loungers, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, hand soap, outdoor shower, hose, grill with gas hook up, bedding, blender, coffee maker, 2 microwaves, 2 ovens…so much! Bring some WD 40 for the tar you might get on your feet and make sure you put the trash cans out ON SUNDAY NIGHT! The trash man comes EARLY Monday morning. The recycle only gets picked up every other Monday so don’t stress if it doesn’t get emptied…the schedule is on the fridge. Also, the knives are TERRIBLE! If you like to cook you might want to bring a few of your own. I hesitate to leave a good review because we plan to return and I don’t want it to be unavailable but it is awesome!!! Communicate early with TREE if you have questions. They will get back to you but not right away. We would just call the number and send a message on the app and they would eventually get back to us. Enjoy your stay! Check all of the drawers before you leave. There are tons of dressers and it’s easy to leave things behind.

So nice to have a place to stay and be together as a family! We spent as much time on the beautiful beach as possible, cooked up amazing meals, played games around the table, and had a movie night. Great experience and hope to come back!

What a great beach getaway. Steps from the beach and water, very quiet house even with all the neighboring homes being stacked close (as is the custom on the beach). Absolutely enjoyed the space which made our vacation amazing.

Bungalow C was an absolute dream. We stayed here for 3 nights for my brother's UCSB graduation with our two young kids. It was absolutely fabulous. It's aesthetically perfect. Clean, crisp, modern beach haven. My husband and I were wowed by all the thoughtful details included. Full stocked with towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. It's so centrally located! 5 minute walk to the adorable Carpenteria village and beach. And my toddler son loved the train. It passed by once an hour during the day and was beyond picturesque. Checks all the boxes - we will be back!

Wonderful stay in friendly community! Beach, pier, park, restaurants, grocery and a great donut shop are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed watching the dogs play on the beach. I was concerned about the parking because 4 people in 3 large vehicles were meeting here, but we were able to fit two of them in the driveway and street parking was no problem. Hope to return someday!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in beautiful Carpinteria. The location of Kathy’s cottage is outstanding and everything was perfect. The new kitchen is beautiful and very functional. 10 out of 10 would book again.

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful property, clean, very quiet and relaxing and also close to everything. Dan & Dianne were wonderful hosts and very accommodating! We hope to come back soon.

Great place with a fantastic location. We were traveling with our in laws so needed somewhere where we could be close to one another and a short walk from town, but since we have a baby and a four year old, also needed a separate living room. This place checked all of our boxes. I also have to shout out the king sized bed which was SO comfortable. It wasn’t the cheapest option, but it’s definitely a gem.

I stayed here for work and it was perfect! Everything was very clean comfortable and attractive. I arrived late and there were even thoughtful snacks and beverages. The neighborhood was quiet and I walked to work, a great play, a fantastic coffee roaster and downtown restaurants. I highly recommend this bungalow and can't wait to stay again.

Stayed at this beautiful bungalow in Simi Valley. This whole trip happened to be a coincidence. This airbnb happened to be on the same street that my great grandparents lived on before passing on. The house was comfy, inviting and quiet. Outdoor seating and lots of trees and shade. Our host made the house very inviting. Thank you again for everything!

The bungalow was absolutely perfect! Great location and a quick walk to the beach. Michael was very responsive when we emailed with questions and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. We would definitely stay again if back in the area:)

Perfect spot for our one+ week stay. Bed is super comfy. AC in living room with fans to help draw it through the cottage. Every room (bedroom, kitchen, living) has one or two French doors that open onto the courtyard. Kitchen well-stocked and functional. We inquired about coffee-making supplies before arriving and Tim immediately ordered a French press for next day arrival. We adore the location only one block from Alice Keck park. We always get a month-long pass with B-Cycle when we arrive in SB so between the biking and walking, we did not use our car once during our stay. Highly recommend.

We came for a college graduation. The house was close to everything and very comfortable. The weather was not great and we were busy so we didn’t get to enjoy the patio. We hope to return again when we can spend more time!! The hosts were wonderful and easy to contact with questions.

Had all the amenities. Extra bed in the master closet with plenty of linens. 3 washer and dryers in the storage unit!!! Very well stocked with a quiet neighborhood and plenty of space! And PET FRIENDLY for your fur babies!!!
