It has air conditioning (with a heat pump for the winter) and a fully equipped kitchen. With parking space and elevator . Located 10km from Alicante, with a train station and airport very close by. Very well located, with all the amenities needed without the need for a car. Magnificent restaurants.

What an incredible place. Waking up to the view every morning made our whole trip- we were even lucky enough to catch the sunrise from our balcony one morning and I’d highly recommend setting the alarm. The pool area is modern and clean, and we had it to ourselves for our whole stay. We had some trouble when checking in with other guests accidentally taking the key out of the lockbox, and the hosts responded so quickly to help us despite it being late. The other guests had also made a mess a few times by the pool and by morning it had been cleaned and tidied without us even hearing the cleaners come. My one note is that it is quite remote. You’re a 15 minute walk from a small supermarket and handful of restaurants (all delicious and 2 even seafront), but it is only a 9 minute walk to the tram which is so easy to catch and so quick to El Campello or Alicante Town. Highly recommend this airbnb! Incredible hosts and a wonderful part of the world!

We were amazed by the apartment. He has an amazing party and everything we need for our stay. 15 minutes from downtown by car, although going downtown with the same implies some difficulty to appear. We would have liked to have been able to stay longer to enjoy the place. Totally recommended.

Place absolutely worth the stay. Specially if you have kids , as swimming pool size on villa is great , jacuzzi is massive with impressive views over sea and beach, and it takes you 20sec to get to the beach without running. Sharing pool is a massive bonus as it an impressive size and very warm. There is also baby pool which was a big help as I have 2yol and could have hands free while she was enjoying it. Host was great in all ways: meeting us, communicating and answering any questions we had. If I will have option to go to Alicante again, I will definitely choose Romualdo’s place again and again. Thank you so much for hosting us.
