The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away and all the essential amenities are nearby. The mountains are another of Dénia's attractions, as well as the coves in the Rotas area. Bed linens and towels are available in the apartment. If you come by bike, you have enough space to leave them inside the house. The area is perfect for bike and motorcycle routes. A crib or playpen can be made available with advance notice.

It's a charming little apartment. Newly renovated. The best thing is the ocean views, the light that comes in, the central location it has and the peace that comes from seeing everything in neutral tones and off-white. It's an eighth with an elevator and there's an access ramp in the doorway.
