Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sant Joan d'Alacant

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

We loved this property, the location was great, so close to the beach and the lift to the castle and the centre of the old town was just a few minutes walk. The property was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It felt very homely. There was a great little cafe right next door for breakfast. Mabel was a great host, she answered all our questions prior to arrival and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We would use this property again.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

An apartment located in the beautiful Pueblo Español private area. Close access to a small beach, 2 restaurants a footstep away. The apartment was great with a sea view balcony, and could comfortably house 6 people. We had a great time, and enjoyed the peace and calm of the environment, with the city and its beaches only a kilometer or 2 away. If we ever return to the Alicante area we're sure we'll be staying here again.

Laura was an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, truly five-star quality. The location couldn't have been better for first-time visitors to Alicante: central, convenient, and close to everything. The apartment was stunning—modern, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend Laura’s place highly enough!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Finestrat, near Benidorm. The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back in the future!

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

We've been very comfortable. Sandra is very friendly. In the house is very nice, they had everything and was impeccable. The area is very quiet.

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because we were left the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us super well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and he was aware that we were comfortable and enjoying. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great view of the sea. We recommend it.

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
