Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. We've had 10 good days in Alicante- have seen many exciting things. Have used the Light Rail, which works perfectly. We have enjoyed the beach area which is about 800 meters from the apartment. The apartment is in good condition, we didn't need anything. We'd love to come again.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. Apartment in perfect condition, we didn't miss anything, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, less than 1 minute to get to the beach and exquisite restaurants around it. A very quiet and cozy area . Alejandro is always very attentive and kind, I will definitely repeat.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

We had an amazing week at this accommodation! Very comfortable, in front of the beach and with a pool. Very well distributed space, with everything we needed, including for the pool and beach, kitchen utensils, towels and hair dryer. We just had a little trouble regulating the shower temperature. We would definitely come back to enjoy the space and the city more! We highly recommend it! Thank you.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Alicante. The views are spectacular, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, even beach umbrellas and chairs. I would definitely come back!!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Very nice apartment with an even more beautiful view from every room. The immediate surroundings are very quiet, which means there is not much to see/do except the beach and it was never full. However, you can get to the lively city very quickly by bus or train with many possibilities. So in my opinion a very good location if you also want to do something, but do not want to give up relaxation and tranquility at the end of the day.

Everything is perfect, especially access to the beach

The apartment was beautiful, everything was new and clean we fell right in love with this great apartment. The view of the sea is breathtaking. There was nothing missing, everything was thought of. We got a crib and a baby high chair that was great! Unfortunately, there are few shops and few restaurants in the area and the train runs very often in front of the apartment, which is a bit disturbing at night, but otherwise we have nothing to complain about. We had mentioned something once and our issue was responded to immediately. We were more than satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for the great time Sergio! :)
