Holiday rentals with beach access in Sant Joan d'Alacant

We had a great stay at Jose Maria's in Villajoyosa! The apartment is faithful to the photos, very clean, well-equipped and pleasant to live in. There are several nice beaches nearby, including San Juan, which we loved. Jose Maria was very responsive and caring, we felt immediately comfortable. A beautiful place that we will keep for next time!

Lovely stay. Peaceful in May though suspect might be noisier in the full height of summer. Excellent accommodation. Really well appointed. Roof terrace fantastic. Tram and bus service very handy but also a car would be useful if you want to travel about. Approx 45 minutes walk to marina at El Campello. However turn right and there are smaller restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. Handy supermarket within 5 minutes. Lidl takes an hour to walk there and back (possibly including the shop) at least. Hana was an excellent host, friendly and helpful. Already thinking about next year!!

great apartment, right on the beach. Well maintained and in a nice quiet block. If you want to visit playa de San Juan, this is a great choice.

Laura was an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, truly five-star quality. The location couldn't have been better for first-time visitors to Alicante: central, convenient, and close to everything. The apartment was stunning—modern, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. We would return in a heartbeat and can’t recommend Laura’s place highly enough!

Really nice apartment and helpful hosts, great stay

Highly recommend this apartment and was one of our best Airbnb experiences ever. Host was proactive and helpful and the apartment has everything you need including kitchen supplies for cooking and things for the beach (chairs, towels, etc.). Close to the beach as well as a supermarket and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

A big thank you! Our vacation couldn't have been better, the accommodation was really great, very clean, the pool was a big asset. The tram two steps away was really convenient for getting around both Alicante and Benidorm. We recommend it!

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

We had a fantastic stay, was so close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. It had everything we needed for a care free holiday, will definitely be coming back!

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

Apartment in a wonderful location, with everything you need, very well connected. To repeat without a doubt. Communication with the owners is very easy and they are very flexible with check-in and check-out, which is greatly appreciated.

The apartment is located in the center so the location is perfect. Spacious and comfortable living room and terrace, well-equipped kitchen. A little cramped bedroom (especially in the heat) but it resolves with fans and air conditioning. Anna and Andrea are great hosts. The location is definitely strong, I recommend it

Wow, what pleasant stay we had. This apartament is exactly like the pictures, even better because you can hear the waves from the bedroom which contributes to the whole relaxed environment. Gonzalo and his family were very responsive, Jose provided very useful tips for visiting Villajoyosa. We were a family of 4 traveling with 2 kids and we felt like home in this apartment. I would book it again in a heartbit. Thanks Gonzalo and family for your hospitality!
