The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and is therefore very quiet. A pool belongs to the building. Parking is possible on the street in front of the building. There's a balcony with beautiful sunset views. On request, we may be able to provide access to a private roof terrace.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and central accommodation. Central apartment with two large terraces. Ideal to enjoy the beach due to its good location (about 4 minutes walk). Ice cream parlors, restaurants and bus stop, all very close. Baby accessories. It is rented for long stays at affordable prices (I have put great discounts for the different months of the year).
