We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

It's even hard to find words to describe our experience at Beth's residence. From the start of the negotiations, Beth was super helpful, answered all our questions, gave excellent tips on restaurants and tours. We arrived and were greeted by Olivia, who has worked with Beth for years, with a delicious breakfast waiting for us. The residence was impeccable. The apartment is very spacious, very airy and well located. We loved the decor. We loved everything. It exceeded all our expectations. I highly recommend it and certainly, on a future opportunity to return to Cabo Frio, we will not choose another place. Thank you Beth. Thank you Olivia for all the affection and care with us. Exelente stay. We were 8 people, the apartment is spacious and having two floors, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a terrace, there is always a place all. Very clean and tidy. Exelente quality of utensils and appliances. Good furniture and beds. Good location, it has a fair in front. You can walk everywhere. The host always responded quickly and cared about everything.

The accommodation was even better than the advertised, extremely clean and organized, a quiet and beautiful environment that made everyone very happy. We will definitely return at a next chance.

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

Sensacional, is the word that describes the experience we had in the house. Perfect, clean and well-organized accommodation. The host, was quite requested in our needs. The house is great, just as it is in the pictures. The other experiences were due to the surrounding nature. I'll definitely be back again. Highly recommend!!!

We looked for accommodation on this beach because it had waves and we could take surf lessons. On the beach, there were lifeguards and a place to buy things to drink. A person attended to us as if it were a resort. The house is wonderful, super comfortable, each room has its own bathroom and there is also a guest bathroom. Table with a place for everyone (there were 7 of us), TV, nice decoration, the terrace that we use every day next to the pool, I would be happy to return!

The house is perfect, a beautiful and quiet place. Gustavo promptly answered my questions and left the house impeccable for our arrival. We spent incredible days in front of the sea and I hope to return soon.

I booked Edward’s house in Búzios to celebrate my birthday with friends flying in from Europe, and everything was absolutely perfect. The house exceeded all our expectations – it’s even better than in the pictures, spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you might need. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. Fatima, the housekeeper, is truly fantastic – warm, helpful, and an incredible cook. Her meals were a highlight of our stay. Her son Fernando kindly did all the grocery shopping ahead of our arrival, so everything was ready and waiting for us, which made settling in incredibly smooth. The house itself is fully functional, comfortable, and ideal for a group gathering. Whether relaxing by the pool or enjoying a meal together, we felt totally at ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a special and stress-free stay in Búzios. I would absolutely come back.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and functional, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The beds and pillows are comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

Despite the initial shock of a blackout in Buzios due to a storm the day before our arrival, we were delighted with the house, the location and the entire dedication of Daniel's staff. It was a wonderful stay of my family that came from different parts of the world for the Christmas and New Year holidays. We'll be back !

I loved my stay! The house is even more beautiful in person, the wonderful pool, the beds in the rooms are great and super comfortable. The beach is super close, I think from the gate of the house to there are about 30 meters. The place is super quiet. I recommend and would be back for sure.

the condominium is in a beautiful area of the araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. it has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to fulfill our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

My family and I had an incredible weekend at Mr. Joaquim's apartment, he always responded to us whenever we needed, answered all our questions with kindness and accuracy. The information about the space is reliable, everything is very clean, perfect bed and bath linens. The pools and the lake are simply wonderful. In the kitchen we found everything we needed, excellent air conditioning, comfortable rooms, bathrooms and living room all clean and organized. Close to Cabo Frio and the paradisiacal beaches of Arraial do Cabo, we had the opportunity to visit there as well. The condominium is organized and safe. We definitely recommend it, we already miss it. We'll be back as soon as we can.

Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!

Great place with a lot of space for family. Everything is very well organized and beautiful. One of the best places to stay in Arraial do Cabo. I'll come back other times.

the space was perfectly neat and according to the photos, the condominium is very familiar and great for bringing children. I recommend who is, take food or eat in the city because the restaurant does not have so many options and the price is a little salty. The host is excellent, always responds fast, and is always sending several recommendations on what to do in the city for leisure and food. Voltaria another chance ❤️
