Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rio de Janeiro

I had a great stay in Rio in June..the apartment is very conveniently placed near restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, the metro and much more. The double bed is comfortable and a strong hot shower makes your day. The best part of all is the seamless easy check-in...I loved it....I hope to be back soon...

A good place to stay, super central if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can move around the city using public transport. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance, they were always attentive to entry and there were never any delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and dark, it was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it is a good place. We walked to the cathedral, Lapa arches, selaron staircase and many other attractions.

If you're are looking for a great apartment that's sponsored by a great host, look no further. Hands down, the beat host since I began using Airbnb in 2016. Not only is Thales, responsive but caring. I arrived 6 hours early and had no where to go, Thales made sure that the apartment was ready to go and allowed me to occupy 6 hours earlier. The apartment was immaculent! Great views, super clean and comfortable. Its only 1 block away from the beach! If you're are looking for the ultimate housing experience in Rio, with a great host, stay here. I've been using Airbnb for 9+ years, this was my best experience!

Everything was amazing. I've been to Rio 3 times and this was my favorite place to stay. The apartment is small but super comfortable for 2-4 people, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy… Really nice!

The place looked just like the pictures—modern, clean, and well-kept. Heron was very responsive once we checked in, which we appreciated. Communication before check-in was a bit limited, but overall a great stay!

Where do I start? This is by far and away, and in every way, the most impressive and exceptional Airbnb apartment and experience I have had to date worldwide. The photos are great but nothing can prepare you for entering that apartment 😲😳 It is breathtaking. You will have to pinch yourself. The property itself seamlessly blends high design and wow factor with ‘home away from home’ cosy comfort. Immaculate design-eye follows through to real-world detail which is a rare in my opinion. Everything you could possibly need to have a practical homely stay but set in the most wonderfully inspiring environment. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, retail, gyms (SmartFit does day passes 😊) and of course THE beach. For me Ipanema is the best beachfront neighbourhood in the area by far. And this apartment is the best for overall experience. Finally the Hosts … by far and away and without a shadow of doubt the most attentive, available, friendly, lovely, caring team ❤️

Our Flat experience was wonderful. Mariana communicates easily and is always very truthful. The location is wonderful and the view from the Flat is one of the things that we liked the most. I can't help but note the cordiality of the Flat's reception team. It will definitely be in my top 10 list of favorite places to stay in Rio.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The best neighbourhood in Rio. Beautiful community. We can't recommend this apartment enough. It was even better than the photos. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The most hospitable hosts. So many local shops, bars and restaurants all in a few minutes walk away and we were literally minutes away from the local beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. What a great home and stay. The house itself is unique—set on multiple levels, beautifully designed and furnished. The home is just a few steps down from shops, restaurants and the ocean. We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location could not be better, at the same time reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for resting, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. The hosts are very attentive and dear; they were super affectionate and gifted us with some special treats that made our stay even more unforgettable. 10000. I highly recommend

My boyfriend and I really like the apartment. All very clean and organized. Sérgio is very hospitable and available. Quiet building, with a small market and in front of Barra beach (Post 08). Beautiful view! I highly recommend it! We'll be back soon for sure!

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

Great place to stay, accommodates 9 people very well, we don't use the kitchen much but it's very well equipped, very good showers with hot water, it's in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach is all close by, you don't hear the street noise.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
