Apartment holiday rentals in Sand Dunes

I went with my partner for a few days to rest. The apartment is exactly as described. The photos are current and the condition is impeccable. It is very comfortable for 2, even for 3. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. I recommend it.

Yan's accommodation is exactly as advertised, everything very well decorated, with several appliances for our comfort and convenience. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room is excellent. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Marcelo helped us a lot on arrival, and Yan even gave suggestions for tours. I recommend it 100%! The location is excellent!!!

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Gislaine's house is very comfortable and has all the necessary elements for a good stay. The kitchen is very complete if you like to cook. The bathrooms are small but the water always comes out beautiful and they are very nice. The rooms are very comfortable. And the terrace is a beautiful place to have breakfast while enjoying the sea. James's apartment is a large, comfortable apartment and very well located with views of a very beautiful large beach. You can see some amazing sunsets! It has a garage, pool, playroom and security. I spent a holiday in the apartment and the experience was excellent! The location is great, with easy access to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the area. The apartment was clean and well organized when we arrived. Identical to the photos. All essential items were available, from kitchen utensils to bed linen and towels. The host was super attentive from the first contact, responding quickly and always available to answer questions. The stay was comfortable, without unforeseen events, and I would certainly return. I recommend it for those looking for practicality, comfort and a good experience.

For us, it met the expectations, great property, close to the beach and the center, bakery, pharmacy, drink distributor, everything very close. Clean and smelling sheets and towels, kitchen with all the utensils. All rooms with air conditioning and very comfortable, safe for those with children, including beach baldinho and a plank that the children used a lot. The maintenance to be done in the apartment did not disturb our stay at all, including an air conditioner started to drip and the host promptly sent someone to repair. We were welcomed and the checkin was easy and quick.

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is as described, with everything very clean and very well cared for, not to mention the view, which is great. The condominium offers several leisure options, such as a swimming pool, game room, bar and snack bar, etc., with remarkable care everywhere. The location is a special detail, as the condominium is in front of Praia dos Anjos, from where the Tour Boats depart, and, if you choose, you can enjoy the beach there, without having to take the car out of the garage, just walking a few meters. Another detail is the ease of check-in, simple and practical. We were satisfied and would definitely return at the next opportunity.

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

Impeccable structure, newly renovated, well-equipped house, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. From to go walking to the beach , calm beach and tasty water, excellent option for children, without turmoil. I felt at home literally, house has utensils for table set, beautiful decoration. Condominium Pool is super empty even on holiday and clean. Everything works perfectly.
