Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sand Dunes

The house is spectacular, very well located and fully reflects with the photos. The house was clean and well taken care of. Very well equipped. Mariana is out of the curve, super attentive, resolves everything immediately. I recommend.

I want to thank the host Marco, always attentive to the reservation, and brother Edgar, who welcomed us with great sympathy and great tips about the region. The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment that I fully recommend to anyone. Amazing location, incredible outdoor spaces perfect for chilling with a big and spacious kitchen. We maybe missed some tables on the balconies so they could be used easier and some kitchen amanities looked dirty (probably rust stains in some kitchen drawers and paint drippings in the sink for example), but besides that the house was clean and we loved our stay there! :)

Impeccable view, very good condominium, I hope to return more often

Although it is somewhat isolated from the city (I rented it) the loft is worth every penny. Extremely quiet place, you wake up and sleep with the sound of the sea! The hydromassage is another strong point, if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, this is the place! To check-in and checkout was also very easy to do. I will definitely return again!!!!

The stay was super quiet aside from the fact that when we arrived for check-in the house was without water, but the host Thiago and the Host solved the problem quickly and everything went smoothly. We hope to return soon.

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

My stay was 10/10. Extremely cozy and modern house, very comfortable bed and pillows and the whirlpool is the highlight of the house. The hostess was super solicitous, she spared no effort to serve us. I will definitely return again!!

Everything was very good!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

What a beautiful and magical place! I've never seen anything so beautiful, as we were at the Atalaia point, we had some trouble with food, so my tip is to go up with water and things from the market. Access there is difficult, but we ordered iFood and it arrived, but for breakfast the first day we had nothing and the second day we were able to buy! So, you're already prepared. But nothing that would take away the charm and beauty of the place, a perfect stay, I would come back a thousand times !!!
