Everything impeccable. The apartment is comfortable, well located, very well equipped and the best, it was spotless. Marcia and Oscar are super friendly. While the beach in front is not the best, the depto is well located to access boats and other nearby beaches. We loved it! We felt right at home. I recommend it 100%!

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

We had some problems with the internet and barbecue that were promptly addressed. As we stayed 11 days and these two items were included in the contract, we did not take them from home! a set of sheets with spare pillowcases! We found a thin sheet to put on the bed! This also applies to bath towels! We left the towels very dirty and the bathroom floors had to be removed, not used! Due to lack of reservation!

Everything as agreed, exceeded my expectations, great location, cleanliness, utensils, everything very functional. Simone was very kind and gave us all the useful information about the house and activities in the surroundings. Let's go back again!

Our stay at André's apartment was spectacular. From the first moment, their predisposition and kindness made a difference. The apartment is very wide and quietly held our group of 6 people. There is a bakery and supermarket nearby. Unfortunately, due to location, some uber drivers do not accept rides in the evening. We chose the apartment because we had a swimming pool and the photos caught our attention, but unfortunately it was closed. Overall, the experience was very good and the host Fernanda was very solicitous, responds quickly and was very polite at all times. We will definitely come back more often.

Cozy house, well located in Monte Alto Beach, clean and organized place. The host is very helpful and responded quickly to my requests. I also point out that the house is well equipped and is close to good kiosks on the beach and the lagoon. I really enjoyed Monte Alto, a place that, despite lacking infrastructure, has a beautiful, quiet beach, a good place to relax and spend time with the family, it is a place away from the hustle and bustle of the main points of Arraial and Cabo Frio. The only reservation I make regarding the stay would be the start check-in, which was very late.

The house is close to Geribá beach. The condominium is very beautiful and well cared for. His house is great, he served my family very well. I recommend this stay to everyone. We had a wonderful week.

The place is exactly as published, the location is excellent and the spaces of the house were very comfortable and very well maintained. We loved Arraial and were very well staying there. The only suggestion is that they add emergency lights due to any power outages, since on the last day and a half we were without light throughout the condominium after a deluge in Arraial, an imponderable that exceeds who rents it, but it would have been nice to have emergency night lights. Beyond that, we definitely recommend this place, it was an excellent stay.

The house is exceptional, as per the announcement. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Caseiro Maurício very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cook meals, very well by the way. They made a stay similar to that of a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, all working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as thermal box and chairs.

Priscila's place was perfect for our stay! Very clean, organized and super equipped, had everything we needed, especially for people who love to cook and prefer to eat at home! The condominium is a peace, great for walking with our dogs with peace of mind. The house is super comfortable, it was ideal for relaxing and enjoying with pets. Priscila was super attentive, always responding very quickly. At the time, it solved a little problem we had with the refrigerator and the shower. We're already in the mood to come back and absolutely we're going to want to stay again!
