The apartment is great, well located, 5min drive from the beaches of the fort and Rocket. Local Clean, A Mrs. Rosane who assisted us and gave all the assistance is phenomenal, the gatekeepers of the building are also very attentive, the kitchen has a lot of utensils. A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

Gente wonderful stay, located on one of the main avenue of Arraial do Cabo. During my stay I was able to enjoy the rust show next to the apartment, same street, all very close by, quick access to markets, restaurants. In front of the ap has the company that rents the bugs for a walk. About the apartment all clean, impeccable, apartment with great pool and beach view, all the kitchen utensils, had everything I needed and more. I didn't have to worry about anything, even a hairdryer has it in the bathrooms. I'm sure my family and I will be back, everyone loved it, doesn't even want to leave. And the very polite, gentle Victor, answered all questions, answers quickly, and is still always available and attentive to the details. Congratulations

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back.

The house is exactly as described in the ad. We feel at home and we get to know several places. I highly recommend it! House close to markets, pharmacies, restaurants and beaches. 20 minutes from Arraial do Cabo and 40 minutes from Búzios. For those who go by car, it is well worth knowing. 😍👏

Quiet neighborhood, good restaurants nearby; being feriadão, with the city packed with tourists, it was very good to be able to walk to the beach, including the children . One drawback was the lack of Internet signal; the solution found minimized the issue, but the signal remained intermittent despite the effort of Fabio to try to resolve the issue. It would be good if some basic products were available for immediate use, such as sugar, oil, soap powder, liquid soap in the bathrooms ... but in general, the stay went very well and met expectations. I appreciate Mr. Cláudio's attention and availability, including for check-out, prompt and on time at 6:30 a.m.

The house is fantastic, it’s more beautiful than the pictures, the kitchen well equipped, the showers good. I would suggest them to do an upgrade on the internet that was down very often so we had to reset the modem every day. Pedro always answered our questions before and during the stay. Perfect place to stay with big family. We definitely would come back.

very good apartment! a beautiful balcony. a couple of blocks from the beach, you walk, it has chairs and umbrella. If you go by car, it has parking. The reception guys are super friendly!! He let us in early! It communicates immediately, that's very good!!!!!! thank you! excellent stay!!!

AMAZING STAY! Place is well equipped with your kitchen needs coffee maker , a blender which is hard to come by a plus . Cozy space , comfortable bed and enjoy the peace a quiet at nights.
