Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Regarding check-in, Mirtes sent us a message to our phone days before our arrival giving information and asked us to let him know when we arrived at the Arraial portal so that his collaborator would give us the key. We did this but our message did not reach Mirtes, nor did it respond to our call. We called his collaborator, who also did not answer us, until at a time the person who was going to give us the keys appeared because the guy at the reception of the condominium called him at our request. It was 20 minutes of waiting with uncertainty and tension as it was the first time we rented to Mirtes, who then responded to us having received the keys. We were practically without sleep for the trip and with three also tired children. Everything else was very good! The apartment very well cared for, very nice decorated, with everything to feel at home, in front of a beautiful beach, steps from the rambla. Spectacular! Go back
