Thanky ou Giacomo! We really enjoyed our stay here. The beautiful views and overall ambiance of this place is beautiful. The hospitality was 10/10.

The porcupine's den is surrounded by greenery, we were looking for peace and tranquility and that's what we found. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the porch because the day was gray but I am convinced that in the summer it is a small paradise with the pool, barbecue and all the surrounding greenery. We found the house clean and equipped with everything, even the pan for chestnuts, the spacious bathroom and with a very useful anteroom for luggage. Getting there is easy and Massimo was very kind and very helpful, really an exquisite person. A stay to recommend.

There are breathtaking views from every aspect. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. From Nicola’s villa, we traveled by car to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca with ease. We also took in the Cinque Terre via a bus tour. The property is prepared to host multiple people yet is peaceful. Nicola was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. When you stay, enjoy the pool, tour the winery, and ask Nicola where to get the best Florentine steak. We went twice. An extra treat for us was to take in the Chianti Festival in Montespertoli. Charming. We wish that we stayed a second week. Thank you, Nicola, for everything.

We had a great time at Teneil's apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described. The apartment is well located for visiting the Tuscan villages, as well as Pisa and Florence. Teneil is a remarkable host, very welcoming and attentive, with easy and fast communication. We'll be back on our next visit. Once again, thank you for everything!
