The home worked out well as I was on the island to dive. Clean home. The neighborhood was quiet. It worked out well.

I would recommend the suite for Solo or couples traveling. It is everything that the listing noted and more.

This was our third stay at Casa Dulce and it will NOT be our last. Great location in Playacar Fase 1 with a private pool to cool off in after walking around 5th Avenue (about 10 minute walk) or spending the day at the beach which is less than 2 blocks from the home. Alizee sent an email before our arrival with restaurant suggestions as well as suggestions of things to do. The AC was a definite plus. We would turn it on before bed and the room was nice and cool for sleeping. Highly recommend this Airbnb location in Playa del Carmen

Great little place! What I particularly liked was the warm water to shower, and the Oxxo, 7/11, and Yza Pharmacy being literally less then 2 or 3 minutes walking. Since it's not close to the more "toursity" areas, it wasn't bombarded by loud music. I would definitely stay again.

Easy access, within walking distance of the town center, and fully equiped kitchen making it easy to cook in the flat when necessary. Would recommend staying here.

Excellent place, very comfortable, we were very happy! I wish the living and dining room had air conditioning! But other than that, we had a great time.

This was our 3rd time renting from Daniel. Always nice rooms and always responsive to our questions or concerns. The Suites is a beautiful hidden gem outside of town that is close to the marina for divers, and the kitchens are equipped for cooking your own meals. We will be back!

It's centrally located, cozy, they always care about their guests being comfortable with needs, you can ask things like what to do and where to go and help you up to the locations of the place. 10/10 and if I recommend it.

Very good location, it's a few blocks from the pier and downtown. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The internet is a bit slow so you have to be near the window/main door to get a better signal.

After a week of diving with a large group, I wanted a couple of nights by myself to rest, recover, explore Cozumel and enjoy a day at a beach club. This apartment was the perfect launch pad for this! The shower's water pressure, towels, beach towels, bathroom fan, antibacterial wet wipes, and a jug of drinkable water were all appreciated amenities. It was very clean and I felt secure as a solo traveler. The street is not super busy so I did not hear alot of cars, especially later into the night. I slept like a baby here. I found a place just two blocks away to enjoy morning lattes. Plenty of other easy to walk to services as well (pharmacy etc). I would definitely stay here if I returned. I was able to walk to the end of the street to easily get a cab or you can call for one. 15 minute ish walk into town.

The description is accurate, the apartment is nice, the facilities are 10/10, always attentive to us, quick response, the staff is also very friendly. The location is 10/10, just a few minutes away you have a lot to do, we will return next year Thank you very much for the accommodation. It felt like home.

This is my second time staying at Sayu and once again I loved it! The suite is clean, comfy and private. The courtyard area has only gotten better since my last visit with sun beds and a cute welcoming vibe. The hosts are super accommodating and friendly and this has become my go-to spot in Cozumel!

Lani and Patrick were excellent hosts! They were very flexible with check-in and check-out times, very responsive, and thoughtful. Snacks and beverages were made available at check-in, as were Nespresso pods for every morning. The unit is in a tall condominium building, so it was never hard to find and offered excellent views of the water both from the unit and the rooftop pool! Finally, the unit was very close to the city center, restaurants, dive shops, and piers. I highly recommend this unit to solo travelers and couples! Would stay here again!

The location was pristine, Sonia was a joy to deal with. You can’t get a better than this spot. Cozumel and Sonia’s place are fantastic

The place is as described In the pictures. We have a good stay. The room is big and the AC works fine and also there is a powerful standing fan if you prefer. The kitchen has the basics if your ever decide to cook instead of going for tacos. The TV and internet worked fine (good speed) without interruptions during our stay. There is hot water in the shower although it takes a bit of time to start. The water flow in the shower is not abundant but it’s ok. The place is quiet for being right in downtown, other than the usual rooster, we could not hear too much traffic noise with the windows open. The location is good, there are many restaurants near by and of course the malecón. The check in was smooth and the host is very responsive.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!

This place was amazing. The people where great, I loved the view. The host and there property manager were quick with phone calls and getting me where I need to go, because I got lost. We rented a car the driving there is all one ways and fast pace. I felt safe and had no worries. The place is the way it described in the photos a d there is many things to do in the area. I had a great time here. I will be back. Thank you!
