Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Caro and Anita were responsive to requests and their place was just what my wife and I were looking for which is peaceful a relatively short distance away from the city of San Miguel. Definitely recommend staying at their place, thanks again Caro and Anita!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo in Cozumel overlooking the ocean and many cruise ships. Spacious, modern and clean interior with plenty of space for the family. Relaxing pool environment that wasn’t crowded unlike many of the resorts. One item to be aware of is that there is definitely some noise (scooters/motorcycles) on the street below throughout the evening. Overall though, beautiful condo and cost effective way to visit Cozumel. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything went off without a hitch , and when we had some minor questions (like how to use the induction stove) Kathleen was very helpful and responsive. We will be coming back!

This was an amazing stay! We even overheard a couple staying at an all inclusive when we were at a different beach, they did not enjoy that hotel as much as they did at the Residences Reef. Host was very responsive as well. Overall highly recommend!

Tom's condo was a great stay for us. It is in a good location, close to restaurants and grocery and the property is very nice. Tom was an excellent host. Will stay again!

2nd time staying here after 6 years and still can’t get enough of the view and the beautiful place. My family and I had a great time here and hope to return soon!

Spacious condo, beautiful property. Walking distance to grocery stores and smaller restaurants. Kids really enjoyed the large pool and being able to see the ships come into port.

A wonderful place to stay with a wonderful host! This is the second time we stay at Casa Nic te, we feel really at home here! Pamela is a very welcoming host that makes sure that you feel at home, she is a generous and fun loving person with many good stories to tell, we we're very lucky to spend some time with her around some wine with her friends telling stories and some good laughs! :) The Terrace is a great place to relax, the room is very spacious and clean with an outdoor kitchen, her garden is to dream for!! Its a little piece of heaven in town. The location is perfect, walking distance to supermarkets, 3 blocks to the center with many restaurants and close by to the waterfront. It is quiet and safe neighbouhood. I recommend her place for a very pleasant stay in Cozumel. Thanks Pamela see you soon!

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

Everything was good. Good communication and location was convenient.

My wife and I stayed for one month in December 2022. Our kids joined for a week and Ksenia kindly agreed to accommodate 5 of us. Clean towels and linens were provided for all and even were free cleaned in the mid of our stay. Overall, the level of the service from Ksenia and her son were outstanding. For example, we asked for a microwave and it was promptly delivered to us. Couple of highlights - Thoughtfully designed house with a healthy mix of Mexican and Mediterranean styles. We loved a large family (A/C and fan) and dining rooms, a patio overlooking a private garden, three isolated rooms ( two bedrooms with A/C + fans and one smaller room with fan ) - A lot of plants on the back and front of the house. Very few Cozumel houses in this price range would offer such luxury - Very clean, no insects, good mosquito screens, freshly painted in and out - Lovely neighborhood with local restaurants and shops; a bit remote from the ocean; we used a rental car

Somehow I got the impression place was right in the water...it wasn't. Info said place was called Hacienda Montecristo, next road down from Melia Hotel. It was actually about three or four roads down, and Hacienda Montecristo was not on the sign. Sign said some thing like "Country Estates"... took while to figure it all out. But after all that we wound up loving the place.... the spaciousness and layout of two floors and ample bathrooms. And all the steps outside to get to it, and the steps inside to the bedrooms gave our seventy year old legs a great workout.

Martha’s place was beautifully designed with airy spacious space that opens to the back yard and jacuzzi/pool. Felt Caribbean. We didn’t mind but water pressure was a bit low especially upstairs which maybe usual for Cozumel homes. I would rent Martha’s place again if I could. We rented scooters from Scooteca and scootered around the entire island and appreciated staying in a quieter neighborhood.

Our stay was really great, and we had a housekeeper & gardener who came in daily to deal with the upkeep of the property. The house was even nicer that the pictures and the beds were super comfortable. The house was truly a home away from home. Fernando was an amazing host always responsive & very helpful. My family truly enjoyed our stay & will definitely recommend this home to anyone traveling to Playa del Carmen.

Can’t say enough about this beautiful, well appointed, comfy apartment on a quiet street walking distance to downtown Cozumel. We had a wonderful stay and hope to be back soon! Teresa was very accommodating and check in/out was so easy. We really loved the central location between downtown and our diving location at the marina south of town. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend this place. The house is lovely, the location is gorgeous and the view is breath taking. The host is super easy going and responsive as well. We will definitely be coming back.

This was the first time staying at this Villa and absolutely loved it. The accommodations were perfect and the Onsight staff were very helpful. Loved the location with snorkeling out the front door and beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. The rooftop views of the sunrise and sunset are priceless.

My husband and I stayed at Tom's condo for 5 nights. The whole experience was excellent, from the moment we booked until the super easy check out. Tom was very responsive, proactive, helpful and friendly. The condo is beautiful, spacious and clean. The kitchen is well supplied. There was even a drinking water dispenser there. The balcony is huge (more like a patio), the view is breathtaking. Wifi works well. Air conditioner works well. Water pressure is good. There are even 3 bikes (!) and snorkeling gear. (by the way, the snorkeling, right in front of the building, is the best on the island). Honestly, I can't think of anything that I would change in that beautiful condo. We will definitely come back!

We came to Cozumel to do the Ironman. The house was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, the kitchen is very functional, the place is very spacious, we were able to get a taxi very easily, the Sorianna grocery store is walking distance, the good restaurants are also walking distance. Claudia and Aracely are very responsive, helpful, and great in communicating! I highly recommend this place! :)

We had a fabulous stay! The place itself was quiet. The unit is on the ground level so extra precaution if you have children as the pool is right outside the front door. The kitchen had a lot of supplies. The shower had good water pressure and was great for bathing kids. The bed itself was decent. The court yard was beautiful! Hummingbirds frequent the property and were lovey to watch. The pool has three different tiers making it ideal for our toddler and 5 year old. The host was extremely welcoming and provided excellent communication.

The host met us at the entrance when we arrived. He showed us through the home and its amenities. It was a beautiful place! Walking distance to downtown Cozumel. The home had a beautiful pool and a rooftop deck. Every evening we sat on the rooftop and enjoyed the view of the town and stars. It was very relaxing! Would definitely stay there again!

Turquesa Suites was very convenient to town with a lovely pool and access to snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Garson’s Condo. This our second time staying and it was like the first time-excellent. Great place to stay in Playa del Carmen. Very safe area and good location. Excellent communication with host. We definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

The condo had everything we needed to be at our most comfortable during our stay. Beautiful entrance, secure and super friendly security guards at the gate, excellent ambassador to greet us, show us the condo, and who was also very responsive with any questions we had. Beautiful pool in the center courtyard, as well as tennis / pickle ball courts within the property. Short walk through the jungle and Fase 1 to get to the best beaches in Playa del Carmen. Recommend!
