Beach house holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

This home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We even had a covered parking spot. Each bedroom having its own private bathroom was wonderful for our large group. There was also another bathroom downstairs for guests. The larger patio was a great spot to hang out with our friends who stayed in another home in this same addition. The hammock was well used by us. The pool and beach are pretty much right out the back door. We even saw eel, stingrays and several kinds of fish snorkeling off the pier. Loved all the gardens. it was very peaceful. Enrique, our concierge, was friendly and helpful. I was expecting one bedroom to have two beds like the photo. However, when we arrived, all bedrooms had King beds and two bedrooms had an added futon as well. Not that big of a deal since my daughters are younger and could share the bed, but having one room with two beds would have been preferred. Also, the grill wasn't really usable, and the cooking pans had seen better days. Would stay again!

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

It is an excellent option for a family vacation since being within Playacar the rules and/or restrictions are quite a few, the house is perfect, attention and cleanliness too, the only thing I suggest if they rent is to bring their own personal grooming products since those offered in the house are of low quality. In General very good option since you are 10 min. walking from the best restaurants, bars and disco.

This beautiful villa is centrally located by a shopping center, not too far away from 5to Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and the community has security 24/7. I 100% recommend it and we will be back.

When I return to Cozumel I would return to the same house, I felt right at home and well received and attended to.

An incredible stay on the island of Cozumel! We had a wonderful stay with a SUPER host that made us feel at home! Marco greeted us personally, which is very nice and unusual these days on Airbnb. He gave us information and map orientation. I was so impressed to have the offer to make reservations for our car rental and scuba dives with some discount, too. His knowledge of the island and its history was impressive. Unique, with wonderful paintings and beautiful sculptures are in the home and garden. Cotton sheets, and beds are so comfy! A separate cottage for 2 is included The kitchen is well-equipped! There was a fruit bowl plus cold beers in the frig. What more could we wish for? Loved the warm clean pool! Each bedroom had its own balcony! Enjoyed the variety of CDs with player too. We will certainly be back and give this home a visit for weeks. Walking distance to all the good restaurants and groceries but a taxi costs just $2.50 USD in town. BIG Gracias Marco!!!!

Wonderful for a large group, with three floors for sleeping. Two kitchens with nicely sized dining table made meals and games flexible. Seating and large screen tv’s were welcoming in the two living areas. Rooftop with the plunge pool was used by almost everyone. A few games and puzzles provided family time in the evening. We felt safe and secure during our stay and traveling to and from our location. WiFi was good throughout the casa, which was helpful as my husband had to do a bit of work. Having full-size refrigerators was helpful and the washer & dryer as well. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is bringing a group of 5 or more. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful.

If I had to pick one feature about the place - that would be location: 5 minutes walking from the beach, in a quiet security-protected community [ don't forget your wrist band !! :) ], 15 minutes from the nearest restaurants on the 5th Avenue. Taxi was easy to catch at the Riu hotel (opposite side of the street, 5 minutes walk) - prices are listed upfront, drivers accept credit cards (10% extra charge is listed too). So, no surprises. The townhome is not brand new, but clean; equipment (washer/dryer/gas stove ...) work fine. We, family of 4 = 2 adults + 2 kids (13 & 15yo) used pool a lot around noon - nobody was there most of the time. HVAC cooled the bedrooms on the 2nd floor better when the fan was set to low or medium - not to hi (a bit counterintuitive, so thanks to host for help with that). Very good mattresses (usually it is an issue for us). 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are available behind small doors under the stairs (1st floor). A bottle of wine was waiting for us - nice!

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Great host, nice house!

Casa Arena was a great spot for our dive trip in Cozumel. It was peaceful and quiet, but close enough for us to easily get to restaurants in town. And Sandrine was an awesome host! Thoughtful, responsive, and helpful. Hope to be back soon.

Rosey was amazing and speaks perfect English, there is plenty of drinking water provided so no need to purchase. They provide towels for the beach, as well as plenty of towels for your stay. Hot water for showers, a/c, TV, and internet. Terrace is amazing! Pool is private just for us!

The place is super comfortable and the location is great. Alan was super attentive at all times; he responded quickly and resolved any concerns as soon as possible. The area is super quiet and there is no noise disturbance or anything! Highly recommended

If you go to Cozumel this place will feel like home. Great for a party of 6 people. Everyone had their own bed and each couple had their own bathroom. A/C in every room and the place was very clean. They should update the photos, as my wife almost did not want this place because of the pictured picnic table, rest assured that the dining room table is now a very nice regular table. The city block was very quiet, felt very secure, and 3-5 minute drive to stores and main strip. Host who lives close by took care of every issue we had. Very pleasant people, made the vacation nice. We loved staying in this beautifully made home. Location was perfect, and walkable to downtown and restaurants. Definitely check out the Mundaca coffee shop right down the street, and taxis were easy to find around the corner near the groceries (also huge plus that there was one so close by). Another addition was the free filtered water they provided. And the hosts were very helpful and communicative. I would definitely recommend and book again when I’m back in Cozumel.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect airbnb for our group trip. Great location, we felt safe but not “locked away” like some of the other rentals in PDC seem to be. Only thing was that Miguel’s communication was very slow, didn’t hear anything from him after check-in. We assumed that no news was good news. The cleaners were very thorough and friendly.

Great bang for the buck. Even though it was just my wife and I, the extra bathroom was nice. And since we are divers, the outside shower and clothes line got used daily. Very welcoming host who was super responsive. The AC unit in each room cooled us down quickly. Full kitchen wasn’t necessary for our needs but we took advantage of the large refrigerator and large bottle of filtered water inside. We will definitely be back.

Excellent stay!!! The house is beautiful and offers everything you need to spend an incredible vacation!!!! The house is very nice and Xavi is always attentive to every detail!!! I hope to return soon, we were delighted 😊🩵
