Holiday rentals with a fire pit in San Miguel de Cozumel

We had a great stay. The house was very beautiful and well maintained. Everything you needed was there. Unfortunately, only the sun loungers on the terrace by the pool were missing. The rooms were nicely and cozy. The communication with our host worked perfectly. The location was great. It was very quiet. The center was within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Two large shopping malls could also be reached in a few minutes on foot. Cozumel is a great island where you can visit and do a lot, so we definitely recommend a rental car. Again, the landlords are helpful. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your great house.

This villa was definitely the highlight of the trip! Honestly, the photos do not do it justice as it surpassed our expectations. Our host was very responsive and gave us many recommendations for different service providers including the private chef we hired (Chef Pedro and crew) who went over the top in delivering the best meals we’ve had in the city. The best part about this villa has to be the pool which gets cleaned daily and had everything we needed to have a blast. We thought Playacar might’ve been too far from the action on 5th ave but it is only a few minutes drive which gave us the peace and privacy to enjoy the home without any street noise and music while also being close enough to 5th not making commutes expensive. If you have a group or family traveling to PDC, do not hesitate in booking this home! 10/10 recommend!!

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Del Perro Perdido and it did not disappoint! This is a fantastic house in a great location, if you like to be out of the main touristy area, which we do. It's still close enough to easily drive to beach clubs and restaurants, but feels like you are alone in the middle of the jungle. The saltwater pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We especially loved it at night when we turned on the jungle lights and enjoyed swimming under the stars. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Love having the ability to do laundry! Love the AC in the bedrooms for when it's super hot, but our preference was to sleep with the AC off and the windows open - with the ceiling fans and the breeze, it was very comfortable for sleeping.

Good place to spend time as a family or with friends! enough bathrooms in addition to an extra one in the pool area and the living room next to the well-equipped and comfortable pool and has a grill. We really enjoyed the house :)

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

Such a beautiful home, thank you for letting me and my family stay here. The host was super responsive and helped out whenever something came up. The backyard is to die for, such a great home with amenities that are worth it. It’s also a good area with trails that can easily take you to a store if needed. I would 100% recommend this place for a huge family, expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

Casita Del Arco is the perfect place to stay in El Cedral! The grounds are beautiful, comfortable bed, and the casita comes with all the condiments you need to cook with. Manuel is very hospitable and responsive, it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Casita Del Arco! Hummingbirds, sparkling pool and beautiful scenery- the Casita has it all!

We had an excellent stay in the house, everything in order and clean, very good location. The internet fails a lot, there is no signal and when it's slow. But everything else was excellent! Thanks Jennifer!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

We absolutely loved Olivia’s place at AWA residences. The apartment is gorgeous just like the photos. Pool is amazing, the biggest pool I’ve ever seen. Has everything you might need and more. Inside playacar which is a plus. I would recommend it to everyone. Couples, singles, and families. I want to go back already

Everything was great!! Brand new apartment but felt just like home, everything inside was brand new and of great quality. Location was great and very close to quinta avenida. I did not have the time the use rooftop amenities but it was beautiful and great views. I will definitely stay here next time i come to Playa. Gaston was super helpful.

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, This place is a perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very clean and well maintained quiet flat that was close to the main attractions, restaurants, and the beach. Parking was available which helped. Leopoldo was Friendly and proactive in making sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool was a welcome plus.

This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!

Ideal for disconnecting and being away from urban activity.
