Diane was very helpful to give me the right information and to arrange everything prior to my arrival. She was quick at responding and gave me nice tips on what events are worth attending ie.Cirque De Soleil. The staff at the resort was very helpful and the rooms were very cleaned (they'd et cleaned twice daily). The pools were big and the walk from the hotel to the pools was very pleasant (felt like Jurassic Park). The ocean water was rocky but the walks by the waterline were very relaxing. Everybody was friendly and nice. Entertainment with music brought the visitors together. The resort offered different types of cuisines with delicious food(a bit expensive at $70 american not including any drinks).all thr resorts prefered paying by credit cards and paying cash was not convenient. Happy hours everyday for beverages at affordable price and cabanas to rent which paid themselves if you ate lunch nearby. The shuttle service was very convenient and they scheduled to drop you off and pick you up from Playa Del Carmen every two hours till 9pm. The drop off in the city was about 28min. City is very safe to walk and very lively. My overall experience was super great and I would definitely come back to this resort. One thing to suggest is to bring your own emergency kit in case a small injury will happen. We had to ask for a disinfectant and they would only give it to us for a 20 american dollars after you would see the doctor for 90 american dollars. So tequila and lime did the magic just fine. Totally recommend this place.

This is among the best locations my family (3 kids age 15-22) and I have ever stayed. Peaceful, safe, private, and a good restaurant just a few floors beneath the condo. So nice to have so many walkable things to do nearby. The rooftop deck is a wonderful oasis. For excursions, Pedro's stand right out the front door of the building was a great resource to us during our trip. Would definitely go back to this location. Thank you, Miso!

Ok, as far as the descrition of the place I feel like it could have been a little more detailed. Maybe it was just my perception of the convo etc. But let me tell YOU. It was WAY better than what I thought it was gonna be. We had this HUGE home on the property that was immaculate, comfortable and private. So, there is a pool outside of this villa, it is wonderful. It's not too big but big enough to escape the humidity. There may be kids yelling in it in the am, which you could hear from the living room etc, but who cares really. This place is a small compund really with many other condos but it didn't feel overcrowded or anything like that. Theres a restaurant and bar right on the beach too! There is 24H concierge, hello.... so helpful. They got our grocieries ready for us upon arrival and even helped with 2 huge boxes of tequila we had sent there to suprise our friends. Check in was easy as well, no issues. It is right in the heart of the town... walk to everything!!! Loved it!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! The place was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. We had no complaints at all, and Alejandra was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Szu-Yu, is an excellent host supported me with my pre-registration process and was careful that everything was in order upon my arrival ! The facilities are incredible, clean h belle.

We had a fantastic time here! The apartment was very nice and spotlessly clean. The rooftop pool with incredible views of Playa was an absolute highlight. Perfect for those looking for an alternative to large hotel complexes. Recommendation for other guests.

This was our 3rd year staying at the KAAB by the Park in Playa del Carmen. We have always enjoyed the surrounding amenities close to the KAAB as well as what the building offers; close to grocery store, roof top pool, gym, courtyard. We had stayed in four different units over the three years and enjoyed all of them with maybe a few concerns with the units however this year we would have to say Carlos unit was the best. From our check in to when we checked out we were completely satisfied with our stay in the unit. Although we never met Carlos his response to our messages was friendly , immediate and helpful. The unit itself was clean, stocked with all the essentials; towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils. Carlos would send information regarding building issues to us as soon as he received them . He allowed us to stay in the unit after the check out time as our return flight was later in the day. Overall an amazing time in Plata del Carmen and a home away from home in Carlos ‘s unit

Everything was excellent, the place is beautiful and it felt very private. The apartment itself is very nice and the cleaning service was a bit of help. We charm the place is very comfortable to eat there you have everything you need. The area is not changeable, but almost nothing in Cozumel if you occupy car to move better and comfortable lies. It has a very secure carport. And they responded quickly. We would come back and recommend staying here

We stayed at this condo for 4 weeks and it was exactly as advertised. It was easy to gain access and the place was spotless. The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed and there were plenty of good quality towels to use. The kitchen had lots of dishes and cookware. The pools rival any high end resorts and there are always plenty of seating options available. There is an onsite gym with lots of equipment to use. The location is fantastic, its a 12 - 15 minute walk to grocery stores, 5th avenue, and the beach. There is also an OXXO convenience store across the street, a bakery that serves breakfast and lunch, an Argentinian restaurant and an Italian restaurant. We rented bicycles from the company MUVON and picked them up from the City Express hotel just outside Playacar. They made getting around Playacar and Playa del Carmen quick and easy. I highly recommend this condo and the hosts representative in the area was very helpful.

Had a wonderful stay once again! We couldn't ask for a better place. It is clean, beautiful and well stocked and in a great location.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was better than anticipated. It looked like the photos but was roomier than we expected. It was perfect for two couples traveling together. Furnishings were modern and nice. We loved the rooftop pool and made good use of it. We had a couple of issues with a lack of hot water and of rainwater leaking in during a downpour. Both issues were addressed quickly. The apartment is in a great location and walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. It would be perfect if there was a place to rinse and dry scuba gear as the balcony wasn’t quite big enough. An excellent spot would be on the main floor where the secure bike storage is. We would definitely stay here again as we really enjoyed it.

This was absolutely 100% the best place I’ve ever stayed!!! Located right across the street from an incredible bar where you can snorkel with the cleanest water I’ve ever seen and great food with a happy hour and live music! All of that is great, but most incredible was the way I was greeted at the door like it was an all inclusive high end resort! The constant attention from the host! The perfectly clean room with the most amazing amenities, comfortable beds and everything we needed!! Location was perfect!!! Host was perfect!!!! Room should have been pricing double what I paid for it!!!! I would give this place 100 stars if I could!!!! PS I complain about everything when it’s wrong lol last but not least that balcony stretched all the way across our apartment with access from both rooms and the living room……..WOW!!! JUST WOW!!!! Having coffee in the morning, listening to the waves crash!!!! I will be back!!!!!!! OK one last thing even the pool was incredible

Santiago's place is not the InterContinental Hotel. If you rent expecting that you will be disappointed. But it is a nice, quiet, simple rental in a quiet residential neighborhood. Water was hot, AC was cold enough. You are a bit of a distance from the center, but have some of the best "locals" restaurants within a block or two (check out Lancheria la Abuelita and Pescadaria San Carlos). Santiago and Shawna were excellent hosts- always there when we need something or wanted tourism advice, but never obtrusive. I would definitely return.

Very good option, we stayed on the way to get to downtown Cancun and everything was great, good service, quick response, the room was comfortable and clean.

Was very excited to stay however I was unable to enter the property. I did book within the reservation period however it was a last minute, so these things happen, and I'll try to book with Paola again in the future.

Excellent location, the accommodation is just like the photos, easy access, the host is always attentive, I definitely recommend it
