Beachfront holiday rentals in San Miguel de Cozumel

We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The house is clean, bright, and lovely. The pool is definitely a plus, and the backyard is secluded and private. The house is situated in the far end of a gated community, so it’s about a 30-minute walk to 5th Ave but only a quick stroll to a stretch of private beach. The host was very response and accommodating of our early check-in request, which was much appreciated. The only downside was the lack of toiletries. We were surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner or even hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so we had to go out and buy some. The kitchen could be better stocked for proper cooking use. Would stay here again.

This was our first family vacation and we couldn’t have done it at a better place. The house literally had everything and more that you expect at a vacation home. With multiple pools and jacuzzis, I didn’t think it could be topped, until we walked into our very own private cenote! It was truly hard to leave this morning, the kids wanted more time at the house. It’s big and spacious and very private. The host are really helpful and sweet, with a cleaning lady that was kind and respectful of space and time. If you need any restaurant or activity recommendations, just ask Fabrizio, he was a great help. I plan on returning to playa de Carmen and when I do I hope this house is available. Can’t thank the hosts enough for trusting us with their home/ paradise (as the kids called it). Until next time.

This condo and it's host Kelley deserve way more than a five star rating ! Beautiful accomodations and views. The six of us ( all retirees ) stayed the month of February 2025. Amazing restaurants and such friendly and helpful locals. The views from the condo are amazing, seeing cruise ships come in and leave Cozumel daily. We saw dolphins , stingrays and fish in the sea right from the pool. The condo was equipped with everything we needed to make us feel right ar home. We would highly recommend Nah Ha condominiums unit 101. Bill Strauch , one of 3 handsome guys traveling with the 3 wicked sisters !

Shannon went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed especially since we were traveling with young children. We were able to connect with Alex and preplan our trip. He was key in securing in home cooked dinners by Cocina de mi Tia. Food was delicious and included traditional Yucatan meals. It removed all of the stress of providing meals for our large family allowing us to spend more time enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local restaurants. Shannon and Jeff's recommendations for excursions were excellent -- creating long lasting memories for us all. Snorkeling and swimming with the manta rays will always be a favorite memory for our family. We've all agreed that this could be our new family vacation tradition. Thank you!

Overall we enjoyed the stay immensely. The Baru complex pool area is currently undergoing MAJOR renovations and the furniture is broken or missing - that was a disappointment. During our stay, the wall AC unit in the master suite was not working and was not able to be repaired - so some nights the temperature in December was manageable, but others it was just plain hot. (We were traveling over a holiday and the hosts were communicative and tried to make accommodations.) The unit is very well appointed and cared for - the kitchen in particular is among the best I've had in a vacation Air BnB. All the little touches (single size laundry detergent, basic spices) are in place. The daily cleaning service was 5 star - it allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation free from dishes. The complex is a leisurely 30 minute walk to the central downtown area or $8 taxi ride. Hosts responded to everything ridiculously quickly. Highly recommend and likely to stay again!

This was my first trip to the Cancun/Playa del Carmen area, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The house is in an enormous gated community, there are very few amenities close by, but for a $10 cab ride or 15 minute walk you are right in the heart of Playa del Carmen. However, there is nothing else within easy walking distance other than a tiny strip mall area. You are effectively in a neighborhood that feels like a suburb, which is totally fine. I would be absolutely sure to have a car next time I visit just to go to the grocery store or to a beach in Playa. The local beach near the house is a long walk and there are no real amenities there - very small, no umbrellas or beach gear available, just a towel and a beach that is about 50 meters wide from neighboring walls on either side. If you understand what you’re getting into, it’s fantastic! The concierge (ours was Valentina) was extremely responsive, very helpful, super friendly. High marks all around!

Such a beautiful home, thank you for letting me and my family stay here. The host was super responsive and helped out whenever something came up. The backyard is to die for, such a great home with amenities that are worth it. It’s also a good area with trails that can easily take you to a store if needed. I would 100% recommend this place for a huge family, expectations were exceeded. Thank you!

The location of this Airbnb is north of the touristic/loud/ bustling crowd. It was so incredibly nice to have peace and quiet to enjoy the majestic views! The amenities are just as pictured but honestly don’t don’t do it justice! You just need to book to see the beauty of it all. Josè was extremely helpful and met us immediately upon arriving. He answered tons of questions and gave excellent recommendations! I greatly appreciated the communication from Matias along the way, too. We will definitely be back!

Can we go back now ! ;). Stayed here from Aug.29- Sept. 3 2024. We travel to Cozumel about 4 times a year - this was our first Air bnb and we chose the perfect one ! We had a wonderful time! such a nice place . Can walk to everything ! Omar is so very easy to work with and takes care of any issues that arise ... we will definitely staying here again ! I recommend 100%!

This is a very nice, ground level apartment with a shared roof top pool. The location is excellent, 2 blocks frome the malecon and walking distance to many restaurants, cantinas and the Central Market. This apartment is a great value and I highly recommend it.

This is a very nice place. It is a little away from town so we should have bought groceries. John’s local recommendations were great from massage to restaurants and beach clubs. Welcome basket is a very nice touch as well. A lot of things available at the condo to help have a great stay. Great local host and staff too. We would love to come back here.

Our family of seven from Colorado and Utah came to scuba dive in Cozumel, and we happened to find Dave and Cristi's Paradise Condo on Airbnb. What a find! The condo was just as described and the views were stunning. The rooftop palapa was a hit for coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evenings. Our group loved the entire atmosphere of the unit and property. After diving each day we had lunch at home or next door at Tortugas, and then chilled on the beach snorkeling and enjoying the sun before heading to town for dinner every night. Then we repeated for six days. The property manager Diana is just wonderful, and Fernando the private chef is a must hire, at least for one night if not more. I would not hesitate to book Dave and Cristi's condo again next time we dive Cozumel. 5 stars all the way!!! Thanks for a great stay at your condo guys! All the best, Jeff and the CO/UT Crew.

Better than the photos. Layout is very sensible, beautiful view, nice comfortable balcony- with outdoor fans, wonderful large ensuite master bedroom with spectacular view and direct access to balcony. I liked the location, peaceful and still a short drive to town. And only 15 minute drive to the marina to meetup with the dive boats. Small easy to access reef directly in front of the of property with decent snorkelling. At night we saw octopuses (octopi?), spotted eal, puffer fish. That was a nice surprise. Deborah (and David) were great hosts. All in all a great place to stay. You wont be disappointed.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! We had a great stay with access to a pool and a nice sand beach. The rooms are very nice with nice bathrooms. There is a wonderful balcony that overlooks the ocean. The washer and dryer work perfectly. And there is an elevator that can take you up and down. Dedicated parking space is available. The location is perfect as it is close to the centro, but still a bit away so you don't get all the noise and traffic. And Xavier was a great and responsive host. Please also ignore the xenophobic comment about too many "locals" in one of the reviews below. It's great that local Mexicans can enjoy their own beaches and are not barred from them like locals are in so many places like this around the world. Our Mexican friends are typically on the beach on Saturday evening and on Sunday, and they are lovely people. You will have the beach to yourself the rest of the week.

Ana is an amazing hostess; I can't give enough positive feedback!!! Traveling from a different country was a little intimidating as a novice traveler. Still, Ana made sure we had clear instructions traveling from the Cancun airport to Playa del Carmen, then to Cozumel. She was super responsive with all communications in a warm, inviting manner. Ana truly cares about the environment and the health of the island; I appreciated her dedication to being environmentally conscious/friendly. Additionally, she provided recommendations for environmentally conscious excursions like snorkeling and a reef restoration tour at Sand Dollar Sports. Aside from Ana's superb guest service, the condo was in a great location for snorkeling, just across the street. The condo was very nice, super clean, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. We did a lot of cooking, and no utensils/ pots/ pans were lacking. I was nervous about booking an Airbnb in a foreign country, but it turned out perfect!

We had a wonderful time. Beautiful place and very relaxing to be right at the beach. There wasn’t as many fish to see snorkeling. It’s was my bad as I didn’t realize that Cozumel is famous for scuba diving but not for snorkeling. That being said, we would do it again as there is nothing like going for a run in the morning followed by jumping into the ocean for a swim right after. Enjoyed biking and if I was not sick, we would have rented scooters to ride around the island. Check out the local market that all the locals go to and eat at the small eateries there. You won’t see any tourist there and it was fun. We brought our grandson and it was nice to be able to put him down for a nap and take him out to the beach at the same place. No need to get in the car to go anyway.

The place was beautiful, the view was amazing, the snorkeling right there was super convenient!

A+++ place to stay. Responsive host, beautiful spotless spacious condo, quiet setting set back from the road, and great pool and hot tub. We especially loved the balcony of this corner 2nd floor unit as you felt you were in greenery with birds while having a view of the water. The location was walkable to a number of restaurants. A minor negative is that the kitchen could use some more cutlery and dishes with only 6 place settings. Despite having a dishwasher, we had to hand wash silverware and some plates throughout the day and there were no larger serving size spoons or forks, tongs, coffee grounds scoop, measuring spoons, and measuring cups, except for a 2 cup. There was also no salt, pepper, or oil like the listing said it had, nor any spices. Overall this place is incredible and I would give it my highest recommendation.

This home is beautiful and perfectly located on the beach. The beach was swimmable and perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious clean, and the bathrooms were beautiful. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed. Mercedes recommended a chef which we hired and worth every penny. They cooked for us every single day while we were there the food was absolutely delicious. The only recommendation that I have is that to include a deck of cards, board games and boogie boards for kids to use. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home.

Casa Eugenia was a great spot for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. We spent our days scuba diving, at beach clubs, and cruising the island by scooters and jeeps. We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon and early evening when we returned. It was an easy walk to the grocery store just 2 blocks away to find all our grocery needs for cooking at the house. The kitchen was well appointed and the patio area had an awesome grill. We had trouble finding charcoal for sale but Beto, the property manager, went out of his way to find and deliver some. The location is in a quieter part of town just a few blocks off the main boardwalk. There is a line of taxis at the Chedraui grocery store just a block away so it was easy to get one at any time. If you wanted to rent a car, there was a place to park on the property, but we didn't really need one the whole time so we opted for a daily rental from HTJ. Beto was very responsive and helpful as needed and Cas Eugenia felt like a home away from home!

It’s everything you need and more. Memo, was an amazing host, easy to communicate with and accommodating. Go with the flow kind of guy…Memo set us up with a local fishing guide and we also rented his vehicle. We ended up catching 3 Barracuda and a Caravelle Jack! From the amazing views, the pool on-site after a long day on the beach. Walkable to several beach clubs, some served dinner and had live music. There are several access points walking north of the Villa if you didn’t want to be at Club. Tons of option to choose from. Memo shared a lot of history and made wonderful recommendations in town. Thanks for sharing your place, we’ll be back!

This place is EXACTLY what I needed. I ended up travelling alone and felt very safe. This is in a very cute, tiny, cul-de-sac type of neighborhood. Some people live there, and some are other rentals. There is a guard at the gate 24 hours a day, and visitors must show a letter to prove that they belong there. (Magda provides this prior to arrival.) There is a gate to the beach. It is a 2-3 minute walk from the door of the condo to the water. The beach is never crowded. Keep in mind that this is not the US. There is no central A/C. There is a split A/C unit only in the bedroom. However, the temperature and climate were so nice (in March 2024 - it was in the 80s F every day) that this was never an issue. Also - given that the condo is basically constructed of stone the bedroom holds it's temperature quite well. I only needed to run it for about 30 minutes at a time. It is also EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE. I will be returning!!

Had a wonderful time for our first visit to the Landmark! The Money Bar was super convenient for meals when we didn't want to hop in a cab. Finding a cab and getting into town was also super easy. The condo was gorgeous with an excellent view and the pool and chairs were never crowded and always quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be coming back!
