Monthly Rentals in San Leon

Overall the space was clean, bright and spacious. As 2 sisters and 3 boys each Mom had space and so did the boys. The coffee/tea/cocoa bar was a nice touch. Although we brought our own games they do have games and a puzzle available. It was easy to check in and out. The covered porch was really nice to sit and drink coffee and see the water down the street. We ran into three issues on check-in of room 1 having mold from a previous water leak in the bathroom ceiling and the bed bring broken from a previous person. Room 2 had a non functioning a/c. Robert was very responsive and helpful with troubleshooting and was able to fix the a/c and bed within 48 hrs. The other issue was a little more than could be done while the home was occupied.

Other than the faint smell of cat pee... which I clean up beforehand anyway everything was great. The bed was amazing and the shower gave what it needed to give. I would book again definitely

If I could give Jonathan and Patrick 10⭐️s I would this little spot felt like Florida being inside it. The place was clean and well organized everything was easy to find, great restaurants nearby well worth every penny. They really went all out on this air bnb and it shows, felt amazing coming back to it after a long day of playing in a spiderz softball tournament in the heat! Thank you again Jonathan and Patrick for also taking the time out of your day to make measurements to make sure my brother who's in a wheelchair was able to move around freely you don't know how much that means to my family so thank you again! I hope if I do another tournament in league city this place is available again 10000% would recommend checking this out!

I totally recommend this place! It was so scenic and comfortable and peaceful. I didn’t feel like this was an Airbnb host just trying to make quick passive income. I felt this host went out of their way to make their home an experience for me and my brother as their guests. My only regret… I wish I booked a longer stay.
