Holiday rentals with a patio in San Juan Playa, Alicante

We had the pleasure of being guests at Hana’s place. She greeted us when we arrived and helped us when we left. Throughout our stay she was helpful, answering quickly and gave local and very good recommendations! This is the perfect stay for a family and has everything you need! We will for sure come back!

Dino and Alex are the perfect hosts .Their help and knowledge meant this was like holidaying with family .Five stars aren’t enough to reward their effort .It is a wonderful apartment with every amenity and is perfectly placed to be in easy reach for rest of the city of Alicante .We would not hesitate to recommend fellow travellers and our friends.Ross

The apartment was very clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped – even with beach chairs and an umbrella, which came in really handy! The location is truly unbeatable: just 50 meters from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants, breakfast spots, and shops nearby. Free street parking was always available, which made things super easy. Communication with Kim and Willem, who manage the property, was excellent. They were always responsive and even brought us fresh towels during our stay – very nice. Based on the reviews, we expected it to be noisy – but it wasn’t at all. We slept with the windows open every night. The street is quite narrow, so you do hear the occasional car passing by, but it never disturbed our sleep – not even the kids’. We felt completely at home and can absolutely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in the city center, hugely convenient and still very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is very comfortable, beautifully designed and well-appointed. A great stay!

Everything was great, Carlos communication was amazing and helpful, he was waiting for me in front of the property show me around the apartment. The apartment is nearby amenities and has plenty or restaurant to go out and eat. View from apartment is amazing with beautiful sunrise also very friendly with dogs. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

A good place to be in very clean apartment

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

A spacious modern villa with a great amenities and well equipped kitchen. The living room is very spacious and includes a huge smart TV. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. There is a fantastic pool which is heated and also has Jacuzzi functions. The outdoor area is very spacious. The villa is not overlooked and so provides excellent privacy. The outdoor kitchen was a bonus. Emelita and Mark were extremely friendly and met us at check-in to explain everything, and they always responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this villa. We hope to return later in the year.

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

We had great holiday! really enjoyed Maria's house, beautiful and spotless clean, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our stay (we were offered clean towels and sheets, as we stayed longer) . The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Francisco's place. He kindly arranged for us to check in early due to our arrival time, he was very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is gorgeous, the view is breathtaking, it's very peaceful and has everything you need. There are a few nice bars/restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance and the old town isn't far if you like a longer walk and a bit more going on. We were very happy just enjoying the peaceful, quiet area 🙂 The shared pool is a great size and we had it to ourselves quite often!

It was a great stay in a very clean and modern apartment that was located in walking to the city centre. The apartment was also located at the top floor and with the balcony, it gave an amazing view and a very cozy atmosphere both day and night. The hosts were also very inviting and welcoming with quick respond time which made the visit very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

What can i say about our first time in Villajoyosa We had a fantastic experience from start to finish Check in was great Carman was so helpful as Giselle was unavailable Location is in the middle of the old town right next door to the church and 1 minute walk from the square lovely little bar there is must .5 minute walk to the beach down quite little stone streets Apartment some people might think a little small but we thought it was perfect especially with the icing on the cake the roof terrace it’s very special place For myself and my wife we can not recommend it enough ❤️ Then There’s G she was a absolutely amazing host ❤️ J&T
