We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Agustina! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I felt very well taken care of from check-in to check-out. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay!

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

We've been very comfortable. Sandra is very friendly. In the house is very nice, they had everything and was impeccable. The area is very quiet.

A great apartment with an amazing view. The beautiful and clean San Juan beach is in walkable distance. There are also public transport stops nearby so you could easily reach every place in the city. We liked it very much that there are a lot of games for kids and beach toys. I would definitely recommend this place.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

A clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped, in an enclosed housing estate. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. A great base for nearby attractions. Great communication with your host. Highly recommend.

Thank you very much, Clotilde, for a wonderful stay and your great hospitality. We arrived a little late and were greeted with a large fruit basket. The apartment was perfect, and contains everything you need for a successful holiday. The terrace with the beautiful view is absolutely beautiful and is a nice place to drink your morning coffee. Right below the apartment there is a nice beach promenade that takes you into the city. Altea has many good restaurants and the old town is really charming. On the last day, we had a late return flight to Norway and were able to borrow the apartment for free for a few extra hours. I'd love to come back to Clotilde's cozy apartment.

Great stay, helpful host. Complex has a good pool and apartment was what we needed. Bottled water and fruit provided on arrival, host met us at the apartment making arrival easy. Will visit again

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

My wife and I stayed at Eduardo's apartment from 13/01/2025 to 01/04/2025. It was our first time staying in the Alicante region. We usually spend winter renting in the Costa del Sol area, so we were a bit apprehensive about trying somewhere new. We needn't have worried, as Eduardo made the whole trip stress free from the initial booking process, through to even collecting us at the airport. The apartment is excellent and in the best location on Playa San Juan. The beach is truly stunning and one of the best we have ever seen in Spain. There are lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Local transport, namely the excellent tram and buses are a minute walk from the rear gate to the apartment complex. We did not rent a car for our whole stay. I can't recommend Eduardo's place enough and will no doubt return.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! Right across the street from the beach, with a lovely open balcony and sea view. The complex has two pools (regular + kids), a garden with grass and umbrellas, and a barbecue area — we often skipped the beach to relax there. The apartment is well furnished and equipped — kitchen, clean bathroom, and even two lightweight beach chairs to take with you. There was a small issue with the sink (Sandra is already planning to fix), and the internet was quite slow — if you need fast Wi-Fi for work, best to check in advance. Cellular LTE worked fine. Tram station is just a 5–7 min walk, so it’s easy to get to the city. There is a mini market super close, and amazing supermarket 15 min walk. Overall — quiet, amazing location, great surroundings. We’d definitely come back!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.
