House holiday rentals in San Juan Playa, Alicante

An unforgettable stay, we would have stayed in the house all the holidays. It has a special charm, the house does not lack a detail. It's ideal for going with a pet. We felt at home. It is a quiet area with good transport links. The host Eduardo was not there (but attentive to what we needed), but his sister Ana was with her dog Milna, who we fell in love with. Without a doubt, if we return to Alicante, we would love to stay at Casa LA COVA. Thank you very much, I wish there were many accommodations like this

Very nice house, comfortable, well furnished and very pleasant to live in. The common areas are very spacious, bright and with a beautiful view of the terrace, the pool and the sea. The garden is well maintained, with beautiful Mediterranean plants and shrubs. We'll be happy to go back!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was especially suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and wash, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a China shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

Hosts were very helpful and flexible, always responsive and friendly. The villa was very clean and very quiet! Also walking distance to the supermarket and the town. We had a great stay and would recommend!

We had great holiday! really enjoyed Maria's house, beautiful and spotless clean, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our stay (we were offered clean towels and sheets, as we stayed longer) . Beautiful views from the roof terrace ! House is also close to lovely beach, nice restaurants and nice places to visit! Maria is amazing host, very informative and helpful! Thank you again! Evelina

Juan is just a wonderful host. He was very keen to make sure we were checked in properly and took time to explain the property. The house is clean and tidy and looks recently updated. Everything we needed was available. The views of the beach are amazing and only 1 min walk. The tram to Alicante took 17 mins and was less than €2. Bargain! As a group of 5 ladies, we would have liked a mirror in each bedroom and a small trash bin for the bathrooms. There was also only one large knife in the kitchen for preparing food so another smaller knife is needed for cutting salad etc. there are some amazing restaurants close by in Campello. We would definitely be returning to this wonderful home and we had a very special stay. Great host and service!

Just left an amazing weeks stay at Jukka’s Villa. We had an amazing time, everything as described and Jukka was an amazing host, couldn’t have asked for anything more. There is everything you could need, he really has thought of everything! We will definitely be coming back.

Macarena is kind and always available, she gave us many useful tips, in the house there was everything we needed and even more. Nice and cozy house as in the photos.

The apartment is very nice and we especially loved the integrated jacuzzi. The location is very good, although finding parking nearby was a bit difficult. However, there are large, free parking lots within walking distance. The windows do not insulate much noise, so you can hear the sounds of the street quite a bit, although in general it is a quiet area. Only the garbage collection and a few noisier vehicles could be heard. Despite that, we were very comfortable and were generally very satisfied.

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

Great location. Beautiful views. The sound of the ocean is the most relaxing and one of the wonderful feature this home has. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous break. The house was wonderful - home from home with everything you would need including oil / teas / coffee … beach chairs.. The terrace is spectacular in itself and so utterly private. Excellent location for food / drinks / beach… supermarket/ shops… Stay was too short but utterly in love with Altea :) thank you.

It is a beautiful house, fully equipped, clean, highly recommened for families with kids, very comfortable beds, nice sea view from the terrace, very close to the beach (1 minute walk with kids), with beautiful luxury decored bathrooms, which are stocked with shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. The kitchen island was the absolute highlight though. We simply loved it to spend time around it! Nevertheless was the host, Isco. I have never met such a helpful, easy going, friendly host before! We received a welcome food board, gifts for our girls, specials for Easter. Highly responsive, after our requests he always reacted immediately. We were treated like kings. An absolute perfect host!

Great apartment, great set of kitchen equipment and very comfortable. The terraces were a great addition and a lovely outdoor space.

What a wonderful week we've had at Villa L'Olla. From the minute we arrived (Josette let us check in at midday) to the last morning, we have enjoyed every minute. The views are spectacular, the pool area just perfect and the many seating areas around the garden allowed our group of six to have their own space. Josette was friendly and informative from the off - I could ask her anything and she'd get back to me immediately. The Villa is a five minute walk from the brilliant tram which takes you up and down the coast from Denia all the way to Benidorm. 10 minutes walk to the front and some really lovely restaurants and bars and an easy cab ride back up the hill. All in all, we LOVED it! A warm, rustic, comfortable house that embraced us for a perfect week in the sun. We would love to return.

I recommend staying in this accommodation. Feel at home, lovely clean pool . A lot of kitchen utensils and dishes, storage space. Very friendly host. In the morning it is nice to go out with a cup of coffee in the garden. The territory is luxurious, paddle court, open and indoor swimming pool. We had a great vacation with the kids. I recommend renting a car to visit all the sights and the beach 7-15 minutes by car. A shopping mall and grocery stores are 3-5 minutes away.

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Spacious accommodation, faithful to the description and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those wishing to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for sofa. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in the bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

We are a family of 4, with 2 children. The first time we went, like everything with fear, but the truth is beautiful, the peace of the place and excellent trust, the apartment with everything that was needed, Natali who is the excellent coordinator. Thanks ! We will be back! SDS
