Holiday rentals with a patio in Alicante

Great apartment with everything as described. About a 30 minute walk from the beach or 15/20 minutes walk from the old town.

Great apartment with fabulous terrace. The terrace has the sun from morning till roughly 4pm and is a total suntrap. The terrace also has an awning which offered us some shade (much needed). Lots of little shops and eateries around about. The apartment itself is in a residential area and approximately 30 minutes from the harbour, but if walking, it is okay as its mostly flat all the way. Only thing I will say and it's not a negative as Helen is very open in the fact that the apartment is on the top floor, it's listed as a 4th floor, however the first floor is numbered zero so in actual fact the flat is on the 5th floor (no elevator) but again it's just to make this clearer for anyone who is not at their peak fitness 😉

Amazing place to stay! Right by the beach and shops and restaurants nearby. It's lovely to have breakfast on the terrace. Perfect for 4 people. The host was also very helpful and kind. Thank you very much for your stay.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment. We have stayed at Sea Senses in various apartments and this one with the roof terrace was by far the best. The jacuzzi was a real bonus with great views of the complex and coast. We will definitely book again.

Iconic apartment is perfect for relaxing holiday. The place is just the way it was described! Everything was clean and messaging to host was easy and they anwsered quickly! There is bus stop nearby that goes to Alicante and Santa Pola so that made traveling to these places easy! Only very small minus is maybe the one set of keys (if there is people who want to do different stuff) I truly recommend this place if you want to relax with good ameneties and the beach nearby😊!

My family and I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described : clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The attention to detail was clear from the moment we walked in, and everything I needed was readily available, from fresh towels to a well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything I wanted to explore. Communication with Daniela was easy and prompt; they were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, specially if you have kids. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Check in and communication great. Apartment and cleanliness also very good. The location is a bit far from the beach, about 30 minutes. In addition, a laundry rack is missing. All in all, however, a very good and cheap accommodation.

Claudia was an amazing host and made our stay so easy, felt like our holiday started as soon as we walked through the door. I had asked for some gym recommendations in the area that she sent me while we were still in the UK so that was very helpful. We had a late evening flight so didn’t arrive until 1am but Claudia was happy to arrange for us to be let in late for a small 10 euro fee. The apartment is immaculate and the view from the balcony is beautiful, you can see sunrise over the sea right from there which for me was very special. The apartment has a full kitchenette with everything that you could possibly need. Claudia kindly provided a welcome back with some washing up liquid, sponge as well as tea, coffee some milk and a bottle of water already in the fridge, this was all greatly appreciated due to our arrival time. The beach is 5 minutes away and there are beach towels, chairs and umbrella all provided. Would definitely return to Claudia’s place for the next trip!

We had a lovely time at the place. The beauty of the place and the little touches present at our arrival filled us. The place was clean and functional, each bedroom has its own bathroom, this is very convenient. The pool and sunny terrace adds a real plus. We highly recommend it.

Super nice home in quiet surroundings. We were well received and received recommendations for various things in the area and transportation. The host and Welcomely responded quickly to messages and were flexible on both check-in and checkout. We would consider coming back again!

The apartment was beautiful. The pool was bigger than what we thought. Dan and co were so friendly and easy to speak to. the apartment felt so private and peaceful. The only thing we struggled with was finding taxis that would take us elsewhere, but that meant we spent more time in the pool hahah xx 10/10 would recommend xx Thank you Dan xx

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Finestrat, near Benidorm. The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back in the future!

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

Apartment with spectacular views in a peaceful and residential area. Clean and functional accommodation. Shops and restaurants accessible by car except a friendly restaurant on the beach at the bottom of the building ( check opening hours). Nature lovers, we loved our stay. Just perfect. It's everything it says on the tin! Spotless, comfortable with very good facilities. The pool was lovely and the garden and patio are beautiful. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and always on standby to help with any queries. The Villa is quite and tranquil. Perfect for couples who enjoy privacy and peace and quiet. Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
