Monthly Rentals in San Benedetto In Alpe

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro's lovely house. Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful. He also responded to our requests and queries promptly. He has lovingly restored the whole space, we thought the design was excellent and looks better than the photographs. We found the bed comfortable and the shower worked well. We used the the outside terrace at the back which we discovered to be a real suntrap. We also enjoyed the lovely wood fire. The village has a couple of good bars, a restaurant, baker, grocer, and butcher. We enjoyed some of the lovely walks from the door of the house that explore the ancient cheshnut forests in the locality with beautiful views. We also loved visiting the local waterfall which was breathtaking. We travelled by public transport which seems to work well. There are regular buses to the village from the rail station that connects with Florence. We really hope to return soon. Thank you Alessandro.

It was a great place, I'm glad you stayed at Marco's house:)) We checked in very late at night and this was no problem. The house was very clean and the design of the furniture was beautiful and useful. Waking up to the sounds of birds in the morning made us very happy. A lot of things were offered for breakfast at home and we didn't expect it. When everything was so beautiful, we thought that if the house was available, we should extend our stay for another day, but unfortunately our schedule did not allow it. We have already started to plan to come back here and stay longer:))) I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

Clean accommodation, spacious rooms, availability to use the garage to park the bikes, and even though breakfast was not included, we used the kitchen for coffee/tea/chamomile. The location is the only negative side because it is about 3 km from the center and for those who want to be always connected I do not recommend it since there is no cell phone reception
