The Kerry suite at O’Caseys was a great stay. A wonderful ambience and the really thoughtful touches of hospitality were great. Would pick Sandra’s place in a heartbeat.

Great stay

Very nice room, we realized after we unpacked and put groceries in the refrigerator it wasn't working properly. We were able to move to a different/identical room immediately. Wonderful and prompt customer service.

The stay was very comfortable! We loved that it is right next to the river and the River Walk was completely accessible!

This place is amazing. Yes, it is on the pricier side but completely worth it. The penthouse is beautifully decorated. The main couch and bed are so comfortable. Everything is spotless. It is like a little piece of heaven and exactly as it is described on the ad. But the host is the star here. Ramiro is very responsive, proactive, helpful and above all, a very nice person. He made us feel welcome even before we got there. He is very thoughtful, he really went above and beyond for us. I am going to list things that some might take for granted but I noticed. Just little details..Besides having all kitchen appliances available, the knives were recently sharpened (that is very important to me). There was a flashlight in one of the drawers. The cutting board was nice and sturdy. Had cleaning supplies available for any mess. The restroom had feminine products and other toiletries. Even a hair straightener. I will def come back to this place, especially if Ramiro hosts.

The resort itself offers many things to do for families. we enjoyed how quiet it was and very well kept. Everything is within walking distance. Our kids enjoyed the pool being up on the sixth floor and being able to see the city. definitely plan to make a trip back.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was just as described. It is located on the Riverwalk but on the quieter/less active side or end. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. The people working at the resort were so friendly and accommodating as well. We would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Alicia and Alison were fantastic hosts and the apartment was absolutely beautiful! I left with ideas of how to decorate and organize my own place :) The building is very safe and in a great part of town. There are areas of construction but you are able to walk to all the best downtown attractions!!

Absolutely love the styling in Hacienda, the reception area is stunning and the rooms have a great vibe as does the pool and bbq srea I would absolutely stay here again, I'd probably spend a bit more and have one of the rooms further away from the highway and closer to the river, however where we were was perfectly fine & there was even a whole frat party there with us! Can't wait to come back

We found this place after the place that we had previously reserved canceled last minute. Ramiro responded quickly and from reserving to check out we had no regrets. Apt. was very nice and spacious, perfect for the 2 of us. aside from food and condiments, it had everything else we would need for the kitchen! the bathroom even had a flat iron and beach towels which was awesome! the bedroom had a nice TV and nice size closet, the bed was adjustable so that was nice for watching tv before bed, mattress was very firm, I loved it; my husband didn't lol (the only bad thing about the bedroom was the opening at the top of wall that shares the kitchen/living room, you can hear absolutely everything through there so not great if I was sleeping and he wanted to watch TV or make coffee, but that's not the hosts fault and would not deter me from renting this place again, just an FYI). the balcony with a partial view of the river walk was so peaceful and nice for morning coffee and reading. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Wild Oak Ranch. The rooms are very nice and have been updated and renovated which isn’t shown in the pics. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom with full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub area daily and our teens loved the water volleyball. We wish there were more restaurants on the property but we did get great food on the Riverwalk. Every staff member at the Hyatt was helpful and kind. Sean was great to work with and answered any questions we had!
