Since Claude himself lives in the accommodation, he was immediately present when we arrived. The place was as described, clean, pleasant decor and provided a stunning view. The well-kept property, the very clean pool, a feast for the eyes. There were always new plant species to discover. The departure was warm and uncomplicated.

We had a lovely weekend at this beautiful house that has an amazing view. Communication was smooth for arrival and departure. Nothing to say about amenities and cleanliness either. Thanks again, David and Laetitia!

Let's make it brief: We felt very, very comfortable here! Beautifully located accommodation in great nature - lemon trees, various herbs and of course the many olive trees. There is a great pool, a big trampoline, a ping pong table and boules! At the chapel sun loungers, barbecue, a nice terrace to eat outside. And inside a high-quality furnished accommodation with a lot of charm in which all the details were really thought of! And although the weather unfortunately did not always do what we would have liked, we had - also thanks to Chrystelles excursion tips - all four fantastic Easter holidays!

My family and I stayed at this airbnb for about 5 days and it was absolutely breathtaking and incredible. There are gorgeous views from every room and plenty of space for a full family or group. Jesper was super responsive and helpful. It was very easy to get to the different little towns in the surrounding area and we would book here again in a heartbeat. One of the highlights of our trip for sure and would highly recommend booking here!

Excellent location with amazing views. Alena was very quick to reply and help us a lot. It was a pleasure to spend four days in such a beautiful villa. Clean, quiet and lovely. Love the amazing pool so so much. Would choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Excellent property with enough size that everyone has privacy but also amazing gathering spaces. We loved the pool and sauna. We loved that every room has an ocean view. The kitchen is well stocked. The home is private, very secure, and clean. The host is very communicative. I would definitely rent from her again. A place of magic, surely.

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Simon and Katya where amazing hosts. Very friendly and always available if needed. Checkin was super easy and smooth. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was much nicer in person. Very clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped with the basics needed. Location was ideal just 15 minutes from st tropez and 15 minutes to the beach’s yet the home was quiet and peaceful with nature. I would highly recommend staying here. Easley a 10/10 experience.

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

We had a lovely family stay at the house rented by Fanny, quiet and convenient to access by being a little outside the center. This one is large, bright and comfortable with all the necessary equipment and small practical touches, a very pleasant terrace and small garden. It's a little loud if there are many of you (doors and thin partitions). Fanny was accommodating and responsive, I would recommend!

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors offer different perspectives on the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

We stayed for an EVJF one night at this very nice little house! The neighborhood is super quiet, the house is super well soundproofed, we did not pay attention in the listing but there is a very nice sea view when you have breakfast on the terrace in the morning! Great stay in Agay! Apartment was as described , all rooms clean and tidy:) Amazing view from the terrace . You were very private and could stay there undisturbed. Parking is right in front of the house . Amenities of the rooms such as kitchen were great , all kinds of appliances and equipment were available .

We had an amazing stay! My husband and I traveled with our two small kids (3.5 years old and almost 2) and the apartment was perfect for us. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody and space in the open kitchen/living/dining room to not feel cramped at all. The terrace balcony was a lovely feature too. The location is so easily walkable to everything, but off on a quiet side street. Aurelie was very responsive to any messages and incredibly helpful, offering her own suggestions and she even brought a small gift for each of our children that they loved. Highly recommend staying here!

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

The host was beyond exceptional. They were so welcoming and definitely went the extra mile to make our stay memorable and special. First, they helped pick up our luggage from the airport with their own vehicle as the car we rented was way to small and couldn’t fit our bags. That was a service nobody has ever offered before. Once we got to our beautiful Airbnb, (by the way stunning location) we had two bottles of champagne waiting for us. Having all of that plus the breathing view made our stay the best vacation we ever had.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share just how incredible our stay at Julie’s place was. The villa exceeded our expectations — beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, with great views and a private swimming pool. What truly made the experience special was Julie herself. She was an outstanding host — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and gave us some truly helpful recommendations that made our trip even better. We were a group of six, including two toddlers, and every one of us had a wonderful time. The space was perfect for families, and we felt completely at ease throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious villa in Colle-sur-loup, that is 45 minutes away from Nice, Cannes, Monaco — look no further. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Large apartment, plenty of space for clothes. Geoffroy has a soft spot for gadgets, so there is no shortage of accessories in the kitchen or in the apartment. Thank you also for the many consumables. From spices to drinks, food, coffee, tea, cleaning products to toilet paper, everything was there. Unfortunately, the washing machine only worked to a limited extent (the display was only in the dark and also difficult to read, which was a challenge for us with a foreign language). There were good devices and mosquito repellent for the mosquitoes (but not in bedroom 1). Despite these minimal restrictions, we felt very comfortable. Boulouris is well connected to public transport. Shopping facilities are also within walking distance. Geoffroy is helpful, quick to reach and uncomplicated.

A great accommodation. Very tastefully furnished, with everything you could wish for. An insanely beautiful view of the sea. The only downside is the location. No shops or restaurants nearby and a steep, curvy drive. But for this, absolute peace and quiet there and at night you can hear the croaking of toads and see bats and during the day many butterflies in the beautifully landscaped garden.

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.
