Beachfront holiday rentals in Saint-Raphaël

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We had a lovely stay in Frejus. The location was amazing, right on the waterfront near lots of restaurants and bars. Very peaceful around. The apartment was clean and spacious and just what we needed. Would highly recommend

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've stayed at Perrine's. Perrine is attentive and responsive to messages. The accommodation is well located, pleasant, clean and quite quiet despite the proximity of a busy road and neighbors. Had a pleasant stay. I recommend it.

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

We had a pleasant week-long stay at Catherine's. She and her daughter were very welcoming and available. The place is very well located in a quiet, secure residence and 2 min access to the coves and the city of St Raphael on foot in 15/20 minutes. Pleasant view from the apartment on the tree-lined terrace and the pool.

Thank you to Barbara and Dominique for the flexibility of the schedules, their attentions: cold drinks, among other things, and this impeccable accommodation. Not only does it offer a magnificent view of the sea but inside the decoration is very pretty and it has all the necessary amenities. It's great! We stayed in the residence to do a Padel internship. The land is close and the complex is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

We are a family with young children. The place was exactly what we expected. Everything was close and easy to access. We could leave our car parked safely and go directly to the beach on foot. Apartment matches the photos, clean accommodation, linen that smells good and very well arranged. The bedding is of good quality as well as the air conditioning and the balcony which are very pleasant in summer! The availability of the pool is a big plus for us! A book is present in the apartment to help us organize our stay (we tested several restaurants and were never disappointed). Everything is within walking distance (beaches, shops, restaurants, train station). Very nice and available host: answers our questions and knows how to advise! Sabrina was able to arrange our arrival and departure times without any problems. A big thank you to her, we will come back without hesitation 🥰

Fantastic view from the sunny terrace over the coast and sea. The apartment, in a complex on a hillside, which is only separated by a road from the bay by the sea, is wonderfully furnished with many plants and a lot of attention to detail. You feel right at home and the bed at the window front with a view of the sea is the icing on the cake. The bathroom and toilet are small, but everything has space and there is even a washing machine in the apartment. The terrace is a dream, you don't want to leave. Bastian and Lisa are very, very friendly and accommodating, they give you the nice feeling of being welcome. We can only recommend the apartment, you will enjoy it as much as we do!

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Her place is very contemporary and spacious. We enjoyed the location and appreciated all of the nice touches. It was bright and very comfortable. I would stay even longer next time.

In an idyllic setting, the house offers quality services: bedding, private bathrooms, practical and widely equipped kitchen for 7, a terrace with an exceptional view. We'll be happy to go back!

The apartment was right by the coast and there were some restuarants and supermarkets etc within walking distance. Location wise it was great for exploring down to St Maxime, where there is a great regular ferry across to old St Tropez, as well as up to Frejus etc. Lovely feel to the apartment which had great views and facilities.
