Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Raphaël

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Virginia's (clean) house is super located, 1min to beach, 2 min to station, 1 min to supermarket, bakeries very close by, good parking garage (Bonaparte). so many restaurants although the kitchen has all the basic requirements (induction is very powerful) so cooking yourself with fresh products from the market is a very good alternative. (central) ac works good. if you love Cote d'Azur, this iis the place. as it is at the coast, in a small city, getting to the highway will take a bit of time. (but train and ferry are sometimes better(faster) than driving.

We had a great time! Sylvie is a very kind and extremely welcoming host, always available and attentive. The house is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, and everything is impeccably clean. The view is absolutely magnificent, a real little corner of paradise. the beach is not far from the house, accessible on foot or by car. We strongly recommend!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Great stay in this beautiful, very well-equipped apartment. There are all the essentials for a great stay. The place was really clean. Its location is ideal for doing anything on foot especially for us who were with children. I would highly recommend this rental. The hosts are very welcoming;)

Perfect location with several restaurants and shops around the corner, just 5 min fram train and Bus station, nice view, quiet, very flexible on check in/out, fast communication, everything in order and as described

The apartment was right by the coast and there were some restuarants and supermarkets etc within walking distance. Location wise it was great for exploring down to St Maxime, where there is a great regular ferry across to old St Tropez, as well as up to Frejus etc. Lovely feel to the apartment which had great views and facilities.

Very good place and a super nice host

We spent 11 days in the fantastic villa and can recommend it without reservation! 100% top! The house is well maintained, the layout is great and the outdoor area is very well maintained. The view is the absolute highlight - a dream! You can sit on the terrace for hours and never get enough of this view. Parking directly at the house is tight, but you can easily park below the house and reach the villa via steps. The train connection is also great and is really recommended for excursions! Communication with the hostess was straightforward, she was very helpful and gave us great tips for restaurants! Thank you again!

Great stay in Agay! Apartment was as described , all rooms clean and tidy:) Amazing view from the terrace . You were very private and could stay there undisturbed. Parking is right in front of the house . Amenities of the rooms such as kitchen were great , all kinds of appliances and equipment were available .

Nathalie was wonderful! She reached out a few days before check-in to ask our flight schedule and provide her number. She also met us outside the property and showed us how to lock/ unlock the doors, discuss checkout timing, and make us feel at home. She also left us with a delicious bottle of rosé- the perfect welcome gift for southern France! The kitchen was immaculate and there were lots of dishes, cookware, glassware, and utensils. The kitchen towels smelled like a fresh lavender field! Cannot recommend enough.

Experience the most authentic southern French country life.Beautiful stone house, beautiful lake view, even if you go the wrong way to the lake, it is a beautiful trip.The room is clean and cozy.The hostess and host are very kind people and will give you a lot of privacy.The most special thing is the two gun dogs, I want to take them home directly ∠(｀ω´*).

We had a great stay - the location is really just a few steps from the beach, and the terrace with all its doors to the apartment is a nice space to spend time. Thierry was a great host! We'd recommend the stay. Side note: about 1km away is a fantastic restaurant with a super-passionate chef and lovely food, service and desserts! Restaurant L'authentique Agay is worth a visit!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Great stay at Geoffroy's, very nice, full apartment with everything you need and more. Quiet with the sea 2 steps away. I would come back without hesitating!

Thank you to Barbara and Dominique for the flexibility of the schedules, their attentions: cold drinks, among other things, and this impeccable accommodation. Not only does it offer a magnificent view of the sea but inside the decoration is very pretty and it has all the necessary amenities. It's great! We stayed in the residence to do a Padel internship. The land is close and the complex is beautiful. We hope to be back soon.

Apartment matches the photos, clean accommodation, linen that smells good and very well arranged. The bedding is of good quality as well as the air conditioning and the balcony which are very pleasant in summer! The availability of the pool is a big plus for us! A book is present in the apartment to help us organize our stay (we tested several restaurants and were never disappointed). Everything is within walking distance (beaches, shops, restaurants, train station). Very nice and available host: answers our questions and knows how to advise! Sabrina was able to arrange our arrival and departure times without any problems. A big thank you to her, we will come back without hesitation 🥰

Fantastic view from the sunny terrace over the coast and sea. The apartment, in a complex on a hillside, which is only separated by a road from the bay by the sea, is wonderfully furnished with many plants and a lot of attention to detail. You feel right at home and the bed at the window front with a view of the sea is the icing on the cake. The bathroom and toilet are small, but everything has space and there is even a washing machine in the apartment. The terrace is a dream, you don't want to leave. Bastian and Lisa are very, very friendly and accommodating, they give you the nice feeling of being welcome. We can only recommend the apartment, you will enjoy it as much as we do!
