Holiday rentals with beach access in Var

Beautiful accommodation, very comfortable with a neat decoration. It is very well located, a few minutes from the seafront and all the shops of Frejus. We had a wonderful stay.

I loved staying at this Airbnb! They were so hospitable, the space was super clean and cute, easy to walk to restaurants, the grocery story, the beach, train stations. And the host was super responsive! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s also a beautiful location with lots to do without being in a super busy part of Saint Raphael.

Excellent stay. The apartment is faithful to the description, very well located with a magnificent view! We enjoyed excellent restaurants. A very nice walk to do on the coastal path of the peninsula of St Mandrier. we will gladly come back for a longer stay.

We have been here the second time and this is by far the best apartment in la Croix Val mer. The apartment and especially the view towards the sea is spectacular. Olivier is also a very nice host and is very helpful. Everything was perfect

The studio is very small and therefore cozy, which should be considered when booking. There is no bed but a sofa bed. To get more space, you have to fold it back up. The apartment is totally beautifully furnished and very clean. From the balcony you have a view of the sea, which we liked very much. A private parking space is also available, very convenient. The hosts were super accessible, helpful and very friendly, we are thrilled.

Beautiful accommodation with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Saint Tropez Great location Quiet residential complex with real assets (swimming pools, air conditioning) Aurelie is very welcoming and the accommodation was clean with a Very Good rating for the sheets that smelled like laundry and fresh!

Incredible little gem in the heart of St.Tropez. Just a short walk from the iconic Place des Lices, this apartment is truly a designer oasis. Two beautifully decorated rooms, a very spacious living room and kitchen with everything you would need. Tasteful interior design with stunning furniture. The guest manager John was also extremely helpful and kind. Easy and seamless check-in and check-out. What was also great was to have a garage parking spot as we had a rental car and the parking was very useful. Modern garage and spacious parking spot with easy entrance and exit. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be coming back!

It was a bonus that they spoke English, making everything easier. The house was clean, just as pictured, and met all our expectations. The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We had a very pleasant stay in the accommodation offered by JJ and Christine. It is a high-quality Airbnb with all the amenities and products available (one of Maison, basic necessities, etc.) The outdoor environment with the swimming pool, gardens, petanque court and sea view is an idyllic setting to rest for a few days with family and lovers. We had a stay that met our expectations. The accommodation, services and environment correspond 100% to the description. New villa, very stylish and refined. Quality furniture.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

I stayed with my partner for two nights. Manon was very responsive all the time. The appartment was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The most amazing part of our stay was the view of the port from the appartment. It is located on a private neighbourhood and has free parking inside. It is also very close to other attractions like Sain Tropez, the center of Grimaud and nice beaches. Would definately recommend staying there.

Thank you to Matthieu for his hospitality and for his pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. We particularly enjoyed the marina environment, the access to the apartment, which was secure but very easy (codes) and the quiet (especially in the evening). We'll be back without hesitating.

We find ourselves in the many other positive comments. Small but very functional and perfectly equipped accommodation... with your feet in the water. Special mention for the fact that the dune in front is not fenced (most of the other neighboring buildings have a view of a fence...) which means that the terrace really overlooks a superb privileged setting. Bedding a little soft for us but it's a matter of taste.

Great stay at Sébastien's, who offers accessible accommodation close to the center. Perfectly equipped for two, you will find ideal comfort for your stay. I would recommend it 100%
