This apartment is very modern and spacious. It is very comfortable for three of us. Tanja’s husband help us to check in late evening and move the heavy luggage to upstairs. We stored our luggage for two days and came back for another day. Perfect location and quiet place. Strong recommend.

The accommodation is in a prime location, sparkling clean and beautiful! It lacked NOTHING !!! You live in the middle but totally quiet, because in a courtyard. We totally fell in love with this house and really recommend it. Tanja is adorable and very helpful. We spent a wonderful holiday!

Antonija and Anita’s place is wonderful and they are great hosts. I spent a month there, it is a short 5 minute walk to the center of the old town but also a quick walk to Marjan Park. The place has everything you need for long term stay. I will definitely stay again when I return to Split

Antonija place was such a great location, close to all the tourist spots you would like to explore in split. If you did any excursions the meeting point was also close! Literally everything was within a 10min walk. Also since this place is in a tourist spot her place was still very quiet for a goodnight rest after being out all day! WiFi was down a couple of nights but she fixed that for us immediately! All in all if you need a place to stay this is the best location hands down and for a great price!!!! (: thanks Anita

The cave apartment is as awesome as it looks in photos and is very well furnished with amenities like coffee, breakfast cereal, juice, water and toiletries. There are nice touches as well, such as the pretty vanity table in the bathroom. The host was very hospitable and friendly, and gave us good tips on what to do in Split. He also went out of the way to help us in finding a suitable parking lot on the day we arrived.

The apartment is in a great location next to Riva surrounded with many markets and stores. Very convenient for everything. Amazing decoration and very clean. It has everything you need and the host is very helpful. Thank you and hope I can come again.

The accommodation is very central which is great because you can walk almost anywhere. The host was always available and also gave tips on what would be worth seeing and where you can find food, shopping and entertainment everywhere. The apartment is perfect for couples because it has a modern and romantic style. You feel very comfortable even though it is exceptional. It is definitely recommended! This place was fantastic! Amazing apartment, very stylish and the location was awesome. We loved our morning walk to the sights, and it was so close to everything we needed and wanted to see. Host was extremely helpful, showed us all of the good local restaurants and fun places to go at check in, and made sure we were very well taken care of. We drove in to Split and asked our host about any nearby parking. He was so helpful and met us at a parking lot very nearby the listing and even saved a spot for us. It was a nice surprise, also, that parking was free on the weekend while we were there. Amazing spot, definitely stay here.

Location is excellent and it is a unique place to stay in the heart of Split. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance, and Zeki was a pleasure to work with.

The location was the first thing that attracted me to Danira’s apartment and it definitely is a wonderful location if you want to see the old town. When we arrived and saw the apartment we were so excited. The rooms are spacious with great touches and a large and comfortable bed. A wonderful find.

The apartment is very beautiful and decorated with a sense of art. The owner of the apartment was very hospitable and told us a lot of details about the trip. I stayed here for two nights. I enjoyed the house very much. It was warm and clean. The paintings on the walls were very fashionable. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the apartment. It's also very close to the old city. My family and I like it very much. If we come back here again, we will definitely choose this apartment, which is worth recommending.

Irena's place is amazing...situated in a residential neighborhood with a bakery,Lidl and bar close by.The walk into Central split is 10 mins so it was great to relax in the apartment after a sightseeing day. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean,stylish and very easy to relax in.Irena was a fantastic host...she answered immediately any questions I had and organised our transfers from the airport..overall a fantastic stay in a wonderful city.

When we reached the address, looking at the building and surrounding areas we were a bit sceptical about the accommodation, expecting it to be as drab as the exteriors. But once we were inside all our fears disappeared. This is a beautifully designed and appointed apartment, 7-10 minutes walk to the old town and pier area. Nice and clean with everything you need and plenty of plug points. Irena is an excellent host, and we’re happy to recommend for anyone visiting Split.

We stayed in the apartment for 6 days and had a great time exploring Split. The location is ideal, away from the tourist hot spots and in amongst the locals which we loved. With a supermarket, coffee shop and bakery directly opposite the apartment it has everything you need. Definitely recommend a visit to kasjuni Beach, definitely the best we found. I'd certainly use this as a base to explore the old town and surrounding areas. Thabjs again for a wonderful stay for myself, wife and 3yr old daughter.

This apartment is simply wonderful. It's right by the steps to the most beautiful vantage point in Split & the little nook it's hidden in is an absolute hygge gem. Pete's friend - Ivan - met me to pass on the key and show the apartment location + unload a bunch of super helpful tips about the city - where to go, what not to do & how to save the money on a ferry to other destinations. That's truly fantastic. The place is close to a couple of local beaches, super close to the center, the bus stop, the ferry station and basically anything else you'd like to experience in Split. I just can't recommend it enough.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is fairly spacious with more than enough room for two people. The patio is a lovely place to sit and drink a cup of coffee or just listen to the birds sing. Host was very helpful and responsive and sent good recommendations for things to do and see locally. Would recommend.

Great place, easy walk into town but still quiet.

This is a great place for a little summer getaway! The studio is nice, cool and comfortable. It's close to the old town where all the great restaurants are and it's close to where all the boat, waterfall and wine tours leave from. Beach Ježinac is a 15min walk and it's a surprisingly uncrowded beach. Pete also share a lot of cool local tips in his guidebook so you're pretty much set!

Pete went above and beyond, we felt so welcome coming to stay here. The little touches he did added to our experience of split. The apartment was an amazing size and also close to town which we found easy to get around and explore.

Ana's place is beautiful, sparkling clean and in the perfect location. Just a 2 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurants, harbour and a 10 minute walk to Bacvice beach. Ana was helpful and thoughtful. We were able to check in early and check out later which was very convenient for us. The place is a lovely little gem. Would definitely return if ever back in Split. Thank you x

Pretty good decoration the house has! Loft style satisfied me a lot. Except a little remoted postion from the old town(I'm a man crazy of walking and seldom use Uber so at the night when I walked back to house is a little far but it depends). I came to Split in winter when there's not too much to see and have fun, or maybe I would live longer there. However, it's a very nice house to live in with a reasonable cost and the host is nice too. Wish everybody enjoy your trip here!

If it was possible we would love to give more than five stars for this wonderful apartment and host. The communication and check-out went perfectly well and Jakša welcomed us in such a nice way and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The apartment is very central and close to a supermarket and the central bus station and everything you‘d want to see is within walking distance. We have been travelling for two months taking AirBnBs. This one is the ne plus ultra. Nothing left to be desired. Host was very friendly and informative. We took his restaurant advice and was not disappointed. Just taje it... and take care if it... because if I come back Im getting the same one !

Great location! It was not noisy and could be used alone. I could use a washing machine Roko has a welcome beer and a selection of teas. Ah! Korean people! It was good that TV could be screen mirrored with Samsung TV.

Roko’s appartement was great!! Beautiful, calm, confortable, clean, next to markets, bakery stores and in a short walking distance from the Old Town. Besides that, Roko was extremely attentive and kind with us all the time. I absolutely recommend :)

The apartment is not so big but contains all things that we need for daily life. Very close to the beach and the city center. Roko is a very nice landlord, he contacted us before we arrived and helped us to park the car everyday because of the lack of parking area. He also gave us advices about the driving route to get the best scenery. Nice trip

I arrived at the bus terminal late in the day, so Roko took my car to the terminal and was able to move around comfortably. Close to Old Town Beach, I walked for three days.

If you are a history buff, this is a special treat. You’ll stay inside the walls of Diocletian’s Palace, and one of the walls in the apartment will be an original wall. The apartment itself was clean, well furnished, and quiet. The beds are comfortable, and the heater works well.

The house of Ivana is what I call the perfect deal. The location is the best part since the house is exactly in the city center. Ivana is a great host. She is responsive, friendly and allowed an early check-in. The house is exactly like the photos and was extremely clean and organized.

This is not just a place to crush, but a proper, mini-home at the heart of the city of Split. We felt safe, at ease and ready to explore the beautiful old center of the town. Ivana was ready to reply to all of our questions, let alone the instructions to reach the place made it all so simple. I would definitely recommend this place and guest to anyone who was to spend some time in Split and have the unique experience of staying inside the premises of Diocletian's palace.

This place is as wonderful as the pictures show it to be. Clean and beautiful. Great location and wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend making Villa Split Art a sort of your Croatian travels. They give you map and instructions on all the local happenings. They also informed us where local vegan restaurants are that we could eat at. Perfect place to go if you did minimal research (or even if you did lots of research). Right around the corner from great bakeries and pizza shop. I highly recommend staying in Villa Split Art!

Although my husband and I only spent a night, we would definitely return! Tatjana was a great host. She was quick to respond to inquiries with helpful information, and her apartment is lovely once you get up the many stairs. It’s comfy, quaint, tidy and located within walking distance to the main bus station and Diocletian’s Palace. You couldn’t ask for a better location!

Very central location, very nicely decorated and everything there, what you need for a good stay. From the kitchen window we even had the view of the sea. In this old part of the city one feels almost as native. The check in was very straightforward and Zlatko answered every question immediately. We can only recommend a stay in the cottage!

We stayed in this dear little house for 5 days on honeymoon. Itwas perfect for the two of us in a great location in the old town with a view of the Marjan Hills and easy access to the reat of the city and waterfront. The bikes were a great addition enabling us to see a lot more of the local area than we could have done on foot. We would highly recommend staying there to any other couple.

Zlatko’s place is indeed charming. It has nice touches on every floor. Zlatko answered our queries fast. It does have steep narrow stairs but each floor is nicely delineated and makes the house a great place to stay in Split.

Zlatko is a fantastic host, always there to answer any questions you may have. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to Riva. Would definitely start here again!

Andrea is super great at both replying quick and making sure you have everything you need including giving us great local recommendation for dinner. Wifi password was easily left for us and very straight forward key pick up and return. Her place it situated in the heart of the city and there are so many options for food and shopping close by. Also super close to the water. Only issue we found was shower tap, as it heats up extremely fast and abruptly. Thanks for your hospitality.

Location is the best advantage

A beautiful apartment located super close to the Main bus station. A perfect place for comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Self Check-in was very easy and nicely guided. Host let me stay longer than check-out time for my ease, which was very helpful and I am very thankful for that. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend this place. It was sparkling, ultra clean and neat. The communication with the hosts went very well, and we could agree over everything. They got an eye for every tiny detail. I was allowed to enter before the official check in which meant a lot for me.

The location was so nice. It is a place where locals live, so it was quiet and safe and close to the Old Town. The host, Adela, is friendly and greets you when you check in and explains the room. The room is on the first floor and the entrance is the entrance door. I wrote one and it was good. It was one bedroom feeling. I cooked a lot but I was short of kitchen utensils. Still no inconvenience to cook.

Really good here! Very close to the bus terminal, marina and tourist attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. I was surprised that the room was really clean and equipped with amenities like a hotel. I was really happy to travel and come back and try Netflix. The hosts also responded quickly and I checked in and out. I'll make a reservation here the next time I go to Split again.

The Vladimir & Matea space is very well located, making it easy to visit the old city on foot. The apartment is new, well equipped. Perfect cleanliness. Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants. The port and bus station are just a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable with the best bed we slept in in our 19 days in Croatia. The mattress was memory foam and virtually brand new. Crisp bed linen. Wardrobe space. It was a welcome boon having stayed in other less well-finished apartments elsewhere (but they were great in other ways) The apartment is right in the narrow streets of town but has new windows which block out the sound. We had the windows open (mid-September) and the street was quiet by 11 pm (Sunday). We didn't get to try out any restaurants because this night was just a stopover. The owner's representative offered to give us recommendations. It's about 50 m up from the water front. We appreciated the owner's quick response to our next day booking request and the advice about how to get to the apartment with our heavy bags. The stairs up to the apartment (on the first floor) are very, very steep and tight but we were offered help with the bags. If you want to make coffee then there isn't a cafetiere or kettle, but there is a tall pan/pot for making coffee. We found this in all the accommodation in Croatia.

Modern and very comfy place located walking distance from the city center. Some of the best bars in town are a minute away from the apartment. There is a market, and even a shopping center nearby. Everything in the apartment is brand new, sparkling clean and easy to use. The host is amazing, very friendly and kind, and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The stay with Tanja was great and she was a great host who responded very quickly to all my messages. The apartment was sparkling clean and well equipped. There were even coffee capsules and a device available. In addition, I found shower gel, bathing cap, etc. in the bathroom. A really fantastic price-performance ratio. I particularly liked the uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Nearby are supermarkets, bakery, cafes and you can easily walk to the old town. Everything was great. The apartment is clean and very good value for money. Location is good, near the sea and 10 min walk from the old town. Egzon is really super host. He was really nice and got us a crib for the baby, helped us to find parking space. Definitely would come back.

The apartment is very well equipped and very clean the host helped us find nice restaurants and responded very quickly via whatsapp to answer our questions always my pleasure

This place was perfectly clean and very quiet and comfortable. It’s only about 15 minutes walk away from the beaches and the old town of Split, so it was the perfect location for us. Closest supermarket is in the same block, only about a minute away. Egzon was a very friendly host as well. I would recommend!

Happy that I found this place on my last minute trip to Split! Nice place right by the old town.

Tatjana was a blessing to our family. Our son was in a climbing accident and had to be taken by helicopter to the hospital in Split. Our daughter-in-law took the last ferry over for the day but was not permitted to stay with him at the hospital. We found the beautiful Villa Split Art and an even more Anna omg host in Tatjana. By the time our daughter-in-law got to the Villa, all of the markets were closed. Tatjana made sure she had a plate of snacks and some homemade wine so she didn’t have to go without eating for the evening. Our daughter-in-law described Tatjana as “probably the nicest person on the planet”. We made all of the arrangements from North Carolina in the U.S. and it was as if Tatjana we’re right here in our hometown. So grateful for her quick communication, kindness, and the lovely accommodations she has. It made a very stressful situation a morecalm one for our family. Highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Split!

Very beautifull clean appartement, great location.

Perfect address, very close to all attractions. The room is more spacious than other, fragrant quilts, sweet biscuits ... the owner is very in place and very enthusiastic.

The bus stop and the old town were all within walking distance and the host was very friendly. The room was clean.

We arrived late at night and our host was waiting for us. She gave us a ton of information about where we can walk to from here. It's a fabulous location, 5 min walk (at most) to Diocletian palace and 2 minutes from green market where you can buy fresh fruits, veggies, nuts, figs, cheese, meats. We loved it. The apartment is super sweet and clean. It has everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

This apartment is PERFECT! My friend and I stayed here for 4 days, and loved that it was only about an 8 minute walk to the left to get to the beach, and an 8 minute walk to the right to get to the center of Split Old Town. The apartment was super clean and came with all the amenities stated, Lidija even left some cookies and orange juice for us. We also realized that we didnt have towels for the beach, and Lidija's husband Danjiel dropped some off for us within an hour of us asking if this would be possible! Amazing hospitality and lovely apartment. Danjiel even picked us up and dropped us off at the airport. If I come to Split again I will for sure stay here :)

Great apartment! Perfectly clean and extremely well equipped. In an awesome location close to both the old town and the east of the city. The hosts were great at communication, replying to messages extremely quickly and check in was great - extremely friendly. Would recommend and stay again!

This is frankly the best Airbnb experience we had till date. These guys are brilliant hosts and they have given a lot of thought on the requirements of the guests. Everything there was perfect. Airbnb should have an option to rate more than 5 stars! :)

Thanks Lidija and Danijel for a fantastic stay! We had a great time in Split and made dinner at Gaby 1 every night. They are very quick to respond to messages and just overall lovely people that want you to enjoy your stay. Close to city centre and quiet place. The strong A/C was a blessing. Book this!

A perfect location, about a 5-10 minute walk from the central harbor area and Riva. The hosts met us in person when we arrived and were also kind enough to secure a free parking spot for us near the apartment. The apartment is cozy but a great base for exploring Split.

Cosy and clean appartment in the center, everything you need is around the corner. We were very welcomed and Lidijas husband helped us with our luggage. We can even find some soft drinks and something delicious in our fridge from the hosts. It was a very nice sign. In the appartment was a big shower, we loved it. It's easy to comunicate with hosts and they are always there for you.

The room is as described in the listing and an excellent one for a solo traveler like me. The check-in was very easy and Marija was very helpful in guiding me with the place. The place was very clean too. It is hardly few minutes walk from the city centre.

Great place! A bit away from split but super cheap uber makes up for the distance. Only 10 min walk to a nearby beach. The best part of this place is the balcony. Altho small balcony (perfect for two), the view is amazing and nice to sit in the sun after a day at the beach

We stayed at Bernard's for 3 nights. He is very welcoming and very smiling. It explains everything we need to know to feel good in the apartment. The apartment is well equipped and well organized for a good stay. The view from the balcony is superb! At the time the location of the apartment can disappoint and finally we quickly realize that the neighborhood is quiet. As a bonus, the little cafe at the bottom of the building is great for morning coffee and evening drinks at really ridiculous prices! You can walk to the beach without problem (10 min walk). To access the city center do not hesitate to take a Uber is not expensive at all (3 € to 4 €). We did a Jet Ski trip with Split.Travel and it was top! Good stay to all.

Great location for our 2 night stay. My aunty and I enjoyed the location, as it was a short walk from the bus station which we needed and the washing machine was an added bonus as we had to use it! I would stay here again.

We loved, loved, loved this place. It was super clean and had more than enough space for 3 of us. It was fairly easy to find and was close to all modes of transit. It is very close to the ferry, which made it so easy for us. Tina was quick to respond to any inquiries. Tourist map was located on the landing before entering the apartment. The pictures are exactly what the apartment looks like. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Split if you don't want the crowds. Close enough to you to tour the waterfront but far enough away from the noise. Great pizza restaurant located 2 min from apartment.

We just loved our stay in this attic apartment. Perfect location right next to the Old City. We’re active retirees and managed to get our luggage up all the stairs (phew) but could imagine some may struggle. However, it’s worth it. Bed comfort average, but the small balcony overlooking all the terracotta roofs is a delight - spent some time there enjoying a wine in the sun, and at night under the stars. Plenty of food outlets and supermarkets near. Didn’t meet our hosts but they were really prompt and helpful with all their communication. Had a wonderful time there and can thoroughly recommend it.

The stay we had was great! The apartment was clean, stylish and a pleasure to stay at. Location was very good, about a 7-10 minute walk to the promenade! The Netflix was a nice touch as well, we really felt at home!

Cosy studio a 5 minute walk from the old town. Vedran was lovely and kind, even waiting up late to check us in at 11.30pm. Great amenities and sparkling clean. Would recommend.

Vedran is a fantastic host, the communication was great. Cozy, very clean space and access to a great patio with a grill. The location of Vedran’s place is very convenient to the Riva/old town (5 min walk), lots of grocery stores, and the beach.

Vedran is a lovely host and a great conservationalist. We loved the appartment and had some great breakfasts and evenings at the terras. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, really quiet at night, since there is no traffic in the area. In walking distance from the sea, Palace and modernist Split 3 :)

Vedran was so accommodating. He let us check in slightly early and was really friendly. This place is so close to the centre and with that in mind, a really reasonable price. Lovely terrace too!

Location is very central and all the city can be explored easily. Beach is also near. The apartment was clean with all the necessary amenities as mentioned on the site.

We visited in September. Great host, very friendly and flexible, good communication. Location is great, approx 10 mins walk from ferry terminal/airport bus station and 5 mins to the old town gates. Well equipped outside kitchen on covered terrace. Comfortable bed. Would highly recommend staying here.

My stay at Ivana's place was amazing! The room was perfect and cozy for just one single traveler. The location is at the heart of the city and I can reach the coast just by 10mins walk or less. Definitely would recommend to everyone who is traveling alone!

As many have said, the space is SMALL but perfect for a solo traveler. The location/value can’t be beat for accommodations right in the palace in Split. Check in instructions were super detailed which led to a quick & stress free check in. Bed was comfortable, WiFi was good.

Small but cozy, clean and quiet apartment located in the heart of Split, just outside the house you have everything near boutique restaurants, supermarket bars etc .... recommended if I need it again I will return ...

Very good location and super nice host!

The apartment was the best ever! We went with the car in the evening and didn’t see that the place on the street is a bus station- where it isn’t allowed to parc. In the morning our car was gone, and we called Vesnas son, he helped us to get it back. Everytime when we needed him, he was there. The apartment is really clean, fully equipped and has a absolutely good location (15min to center, 5 min to the beach, her son showed us how to get to both of them). All in all we can say thank you and can definitely recommend it! 😊

Had a great stay in Split. The apartment is in a great location and was spacious and perfect for our stay. There is no dedicated parking spot but we had no issues finding a spot on the road outside the apartment.

The apartment it is close to the main road, there you can find restaurants and shops. If you are looking for really nice restaurants go Fife and Konoba Pizzeria Feral.

Highly recommended. A small apartment with everything you need. Clean. This at the old town, and the beach.

Veky and her son are very kind and friendly. Their food and sightseeing recommendations were really good. The apartment fulfilled all our needs and was very clean with nice extras such as smart TV. All in all a stay I can recommend for a 100%.
