Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Mornington Peninsula Shire

We had a wonderful two nights at The Studio. The property was cozy and well equipped. A great location, close to restaurants, yet far enough away to feel secluded. The fire was on for our arrival, which was very welcome in the cool evening. We had a weekend of rain so were unable to enjoy the gardens, but of what we could see from the accommodation - it looked beautiful. Carole was warm, welcoming and very responsive. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time.

Richard and Annette's property is always amazing! This is the second time we've stayed at Spray Point Cottage and its been perfect. Richard and Annette communicate so easily and quickly, their home is pristine. We can't recommend Spray Point Cottage enough!

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

We had a wonderful stay at Jac and Tony’s. The view was incredible and the place clean and tidy. We felt like we were on top of the world…We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Tahlia’s cosy cottage. Communication was excellent and the place was easy to find. It’s in a great spot, close to Rye beaches but in a quiet location. The kitchen and bathroom are really well appointed with everything we needed and the lounge was so comfy in the evenings. Even though it was chilly weather we didn’t need the wood fire as the AC was enough. The yard is big and dog friendly - one of the reasons we picked it, even though we ended up not bringing the dog. We will certainly be back!

We had a great experience staying at Bronwyn's place. The place is very clean and nicely furnished with large sliding doors which connects the inside to the outside. The location is great if you want to head out for lunch/dinner with local emenities not too far. The outdoor space is large and well designed and has enough seating and equipped for having a BBQ. With large TVs in both leaving areas including the tree house providing separate entertainment areas if required.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed everything the house had to offer. It is in a really quiet street and we particularly enjoyed the beatiful and spacious backyard. The hosts were very generous with both check in and check out and we appreciated the detailed communication. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything that Sorrento has to offer. The main street shops, restaurants and trendy hotels are merely 2 minutes walk away, not to mention the beach and ferry terminal. I highly recommend this property. Checking in was a breeze. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to town and the beach. Communication with the host was seamless; they were incredibly responsive, welcoming. I felt right at home and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Fantastic location, private and very well provisioned with furniture, bedding, large screen tv and kitchenware. All Sorrento’s and the local region’s best amenities and attractions are close by, with restaurants and pubs within easy walking distance. Highly recommended, especially for a family or group of 4 - 6.

Great place amazing location good use a little bit of a better price

Joan’s cottage was like a home from home. It had everything you could need for day to day living. The bird theme running throughout the cottage was nice. Only 5 minute drive to Mornington town centre. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfy and cozy accomodation in a great location. The airbnb was in a great spot and was super clean and tidy. Alison was well accomodating with check in and check out times to ensure we could be ready for out even in time. Great stay

Great stay unbelievable house I would definitely go back there

It was a last minute getaway and was just perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. Cold enough evenings to make the most of a fabulous fireplace. Lovely open space. Perfectly equipped kitchen and walkable distance to shops and beach. It was also a perfect secure home to bring our dog.

Helen and Andrew were amazing hosts! Their home was in pristine condition and the renovations made to the property, styling were of a very high level. Helen was responsive, flexible and made things very easy for us from the onset as well as giving us great recommendations and the location is just moments away from the beautiful backbeach where you can observe an enviable sunset each day. Looks like the pictures and the check in was smooth. The place was very comfortable for a large family. Allan is responsive with the messages and has been very polite. The house feels comfortable, cozy, large and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Beds very comfortable & linen were clean.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
