It was a great stay, very nice yard, I took my dog and he loved it. There's no noise, it's very quiet. Hosts are super attentive.

Her and her son's service was excellent, they always responded in minutes. During the night it was a little noisy because of the houses around, but after the right time it decreased and did not bother to sleep. The bed is super comfortable but the sofa is very hard, I recommend it only for couples. Great value for the money!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

Very good apartment with a very good location too! Easy check-in and a very welcoming and attentive hostess. Just one important observation is that depending on the route you are going to take, the GPS may indicate that you pass through the favela.

We decided last minute to rent Marcella’s place and she was excellent in getting everything ready for us. Check-in was easy and the place was exactly as described. The restaurant downstairs came in handy. They had a great lunch buffet with lots of healthy options.

A single negative observation is due to the noise that the refrigerator makes due to a maintenance problem that needs to be seen, which bothered us at night! Otherwise, everything was very good!

The host is wonderful. I had a problem with my flight arrival and he was very attentive and helped my mother check in to the building. The Loft is in a great location and most importantly, it is very safe! It meets all my needs.

The best short-term apartment I've ever been to in São Paulo, and I go there often. The space has a quiet and cozy decor that makes the apartment look bigger and well organized. It has everything you need for hosting, including bath products such as shampoo, soap or moisturizer and in the kitchen, salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar and coffee capsules, all perfectly organized and available in small portions that facilitate day-to-day use without waste or old product. The bed is excellent, Queen size with very nice, clean and fragrant bed linen and has bedside tables which is rare in these small apartments. If you like to walk, the location is spectacular, close to several options of restaurants, bars, good quality markets. The host was very attentive and helpful, with easy and quick communication. She sent a list of nearby and quality places which made my stay even easier. Amei!!!

Elaine is an exceptional host and her place is nothing short of what’s stated in the description!! She gave plenty of recommendations of things to do and places to eat!! There were so many restaurants and little places nearby and getting around is very easy and walkable. The location and surrounding areas felt safe, at least in our experience. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!
