Monthly Rentals in River Oaks, Houston

Stayed for a month while house hunting. Located a three minute walk from Memorial Park, an urban gem with miles of walking, running and biking trails, wonderful golf course, driving range, tennis courts and much more. A short drive to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and downtown Houston. Very quiet at night. Safe neighborhood. Not an overly large place, but mostly well equipped. Could use more plates and glasses and a refreshing of the bed linens. Kitchen, dining table and tv downstairs, two bedrooms (each with a tv) and an extremely comfortable lounging area with a tv upstairs. Large, secure garage with remote door opener. Full size washer and dryer in the garage. Internet fast. Thoughtful inclusions such as dishwasher and laundry pods, basic spices, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, a Keurig coffee maker and other appliances. Host always responded within minutes and was very helpful.

great place, easy access to the galleria, River oaks. 610 and Katy freeway. Apartment is clean, comfortable, and wel accessorized.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay. It’s just what we needed; quiet, comfortable and restorative. The area is interesting and very walkable. We saw many neighbors jogging and walking their dogs while we were out. We cooked all our meals so I can’t speak to area restaurants, but there are numerous weekend farmer’s markets near by. Odalo is a caring, compassionate soul, a wonderful host and person.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The house was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like our home in Houston. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making the space not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. I immediately felt relaxed and at ease. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, homey getaway.
