Holiday rentals with a patio in River Forest

Dean was the best host my girlfriend and I have had! He is proactive, friendly, great with communication, and provides everything you need for a great stay. Not only this, but the place was extremely comforting and beautiful! We had an amazing stay and would love to stay here again! Not to mention this place is an amazing price for how nice the stay was! Kimberly house was beyond clean and spotless. Exactly what I love when booking a Airbnb. She was very responsive and instructions were very clear. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The crib look exactly like her pictures and super clean! I def would stay here again.

This was a great stay for my family. We traveled to Oak Park for a ministry conference and tacked on a few days to explore Chicago. The place was easy to get into and was a good amount of space for my husband, son and I. Car space was a major PLUS!! We found the “double lock entry” incredibly comforting. This listing is a duplex and sits on the upper unit. The first keyless entry lets you into the main entry; second one is for the upper unit. We loved having a king bed and a comfortable kitchen and dining space to unwind in the evening. While there is only one bathroom available, it has a great amount of space and perfect for our family. The neighborhood is considerably quiet considering the overall population of the Chicago surrounding areas. There are some really cute spaces in downtown Oak Park as well that we enjoyed. We made it downtown 1 day, which was a comfortable 25 min drive. Would definitely recommend this area for any family!

Teresa and Alejandra EXCEEDED our expectations and requests. The place was so clean that it literally glowed. We did not want or need for anything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The place is even more beautiful in person. Their communication was prompt, and they gave us great recommendations for things to do and eat close by. The neighborhood was wonderful, and the location was beyond perfect. We will stay at their place every time we go if we can. Great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants locally and easy access also to the CTA blue line to Downtown and O’Hare. Apartment was ideal and was just as described. Would recommend and if ever back in Chicago would look to stay here again.

Kasey and her husband were awesome host!!They were kind & responsive! My friend and I come during a time in winter and Kasey was very quick to keep us warm! Although they do have a child it was very rare when we were disruptive by noise! Love the vibes of the Airbnb and the fact that I felt like home says something! I definitely recommend staying here. Such a co beautiful and peaceful area as well.

House is vast, clean, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. Easy to get with a car or local transit and a short walk. Pictures don't do the house justice it has lovely historical features and more room than it seems between the three floors (ground floor, basement and upstairs). With two usable balconies and a patio backyard there is more enough space to entertain a small group outside.

I had an amazing stay at the Spacious Designer’s Oasis, Oak Park, IL! The house was centrally located, making it easy to get around and explore the area. It was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and had the perfect balance of open space and cozy, modern charm. Every room felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. A special shoutout to Rameez, our host—he was incredibly responsive, warm, and welcoming from the very start. He made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Had a lovely stay at Janice's place! It is located a short drive from Logan Square, which has restaurants, bars, and a blue line metro stop. There was also a bus stop just outside the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it was very serene and private, with plenty of parking regardless of the time of day. The airbnb is a basement unit, so maybe something to keep in mind if you're on the taller side, but it was spacious, and there was minimal noise from the floor above. Shower had great water pressure! Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Janice was very communicative and clear instructions were given for checkin and checkout processes.

It was as pictured and suited our needs. Clean and well organized. When we reached out we were responded to promptly and thoroughly. The location is good and walkable. If planning to go to Navy Pier or the Miracle Mile to go shopping (or something in that general area of Chicago), expect about a 40 - 60 min drive.

The location was great. About 15 min from downtown. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely book with Julia again.

Very nice place. Looked professionally cleaned. Matt was prompt with his replies and managed to accomodate a late check out, which was helpful. 10 mins walk to Logan Square station where you can catch blue line to downtown.

This was a fabulous place to stay! My brother and I could easily walk to the "L" and head downtown. The pizza place right downstairs was delicious - we ate there twice in three days! The beds were comfortable, the couch and living room set up was cozy. I would absolutely stay there again!

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our Chicago trip! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do with our kids. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!
