Holiday rentals with a patio in Cook County

Great place overall!! The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean. My favorite thing about this place was the parking! I did not have to worry about parking at the front. Since this was pet friendly we did decided to leave two clean pet bowls for the next family to use for their pets. I would definitely book my next stay here again!

Kimberly house was beyond clean and spotless. Exactly what I love when booking a Airbnb. She was very responsive and instructions were very clear. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The crib look exactly like her pictures and super clean! I def would stay here again.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! I loved this place. Christine was such a great communicator , took initiative and very prompt to respond to text and resolve any issues, which we had none. She contacted me a day before stating they had HVAC issues but would try hard to resolve it Before we arrived and it was! Loved the location, loved the decor, 2 bedrooms so my brother and I enjoyed our separate spaces . Easy and accessible. No issues with parking. Low key , chill. Never saw Christine but she responded within 15' of text through the airbnb app, Chicago is chilly right now, the unit had extra blankets, floor heaters and a wall booster to circulate the heat and great instructions in the house manual for working the wall thermostat. Great coffee bar/area. Would recommend! My impression of the space was Bohemian Chic and felt like home. Thank you! Her neighbors were also very considerate . I was a bit disappointed it was raining because we never got to utilize the outside patio/balcony!!!!!

Spacious apartment with fun extras (puzzle, yoga mat, etc.)! It was easy-to-find and well-stocked with supplies, including thoughtful items for our use. It was clean and comfortable; we didn't use the kitchen at all as it was a very quick stay. The hosts are cognizant of the noise from the train and highway, and provide earplugs, sound machines, blackout shades, a fan, etc., to help ensure guests can sleep well. The local recommendations were great. Downtown Oak Park is about a 10-minute drive; we appreciated the ability to walk 5 minutes to a nice café or restaurant.

We decided to book this space for a last-minute birthday getaway. It was very clean, had a charming historic feel, and was conveniently located just a short drive from all the best spots. I would book again!

Great location with lots of nice bars and restaurants locally and easy access also to the CTA blue line to Downtown and O’Hare. Apartment was ideal and was just as described. Would recommend and if ever back in Chicago would look to stay here again.

I traveled to Chicago for work and had a nice three-day stay here. The Airbnb is in a great location, clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities. I particularly enjoyed the small library!

We came for The Weeknd concert in the city, so we got ready there, then spent the night and morning in the house. It was a beautiful house and felt super peaceful and safe! The beds were insanely comfy and we all slept so well! So much space! Everything was just so homey and comfortable.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa22. The home is beautiful, luxurious, and impeccably maintained — everything was clean, spotless and thoughtfully arranged. It had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable extended stay with our family, including a well-equipped kitchen, and spacious layout. The hosts, Narcis and Gabriel, were fantastic — extremely responsive, clear in their communication. They provided detailed instructions that made check-in, check-out, and everything in between seamless. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly, with easy access to main roads — a great location if you're planning to explore Chicago without the stress of city parking. Having a car made it easy to get around, and the area itself felt peaceful and well-kept. If you're visiting the Chicago area and looking for a clean, elegant, and well-managed place to stay, I highly recommend Casa22. We would absolutely love to return!

Had a lovely stay at Janice's place! It is located a short drive from Logan Square, which has restaurants, bars, and a blue line metro stop. There was also a bus stop just outside the neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it was very serene and private, with plenty of parking regardless of the time of day. The airbnb is a basement unit, so maybe something to keep in mind if you're on the taller side, but it was spacious, and there was minimal noise from the floor above. Shower had great water pressure! Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Janice was very communicative and clear instructions were given for checkin and checkout processes.

Unbelievable responsive. We would stay there again. Everything we needed and more.

Nice place tucked into a quiet, safe neighborhood. Backyard was outstanding. (We wish the weather had cooperated so we could have spent more time outside) One level home with comfy beds and furniture throughout. Kitchen was spacious and clean. Plenty of extra towels and blankets.

The location was great. About 15 min from downtown. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely book with Julia again.

Place was great. Clean and well laid out with plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay. Location was further than we thought from our places we planned to visit. They were cutting down and grinding a tree first thing Saturday morning. Convenient cafe right around corner had good breakfast food and coffee. Ubers were fast getting us and to where we needed to go. Parked car and left all weekend. Neighborhood was a little rough with homeless and panhandlers but they left us alone. Great walks to Soldier field and Northern Island. Alex provided all the amenities you need plus some Heinkens to cool us down. We had no issues so we did not need to contact Alex at all but yoyu got to remember the location is on 17 Place not Street so we almost walked into the wrong house and when the dog started barking at us we knew something was up. LOL!!!

Everything went well. Place was very nice and the host was very responsive when I needed help and accommodative as well. Highly recommend if needed a place near downtown.

One of my favorite Aibnbs of all time. The location is FUN - right in the center of the action in Northalsted. The space itself is beautiful and clean. The bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well equipped. Allan was awesome and left us a bottle of prosecco to welcome us. Best part of the house is the huge covered front balcony - a front row seat to the joyous crowds, especially on the weekend. We saw a concert, walked to a Cubs game, spoiled the kids on Michigan Ave - and everyone agreed the balcony was our fave part of the trip. The rear deck is icing on the cake. We were in town so our kids could go to a concert and they also loved the area. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs - all the action brings a bit of music - but really it's a steady din so super easy to tune out at bedtime. We love this place and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay for an extended wedding weekend with our entire family. Adrian's home was clean, modern, and well appointed. The beds were all very comfortable and linens were very soft. We felt very safe and the garage parking spot was a nice addition. I would highly recommend his home and would not hesitate to rebook there in the future.

We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind.
