This apartment is a large studio in the heart of Lincoln Park! New construction and all furnishings & appliances are brand new. It is perfect for a couple...but can also sleep 3-4 for a girls trip or a family with small children. You enter with your personal keypad code which we give you a few days prior to your stay. And we are always available by text or email should you have any questions about the apartment. Set in Lincoln Park, this apartment is steps away from shopping along Armitage and Halsted Avenue. There’s grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes nearby, plus red and brown line train stations that access Downtown and other parts of the city. Street parking is relatively easy around the apartment and we offer free residential parking stickers in the apartment on the desk. We also offer a clean garage space (with free EV hook up, should you need it) for $20/night.

Lunatic Fringe at Wrigley

The space features wonderful large street level windows in the main room and has all of the quirky charm that vintage buildings offer up. The location literally can't be beat, with the apartment a five minute walk from Wrigley Field, the bustling Southport shopping corridor, and both the red line and brown line subway stations. It's about a ten minute walk to all of the 'Boystown' nightlife. There is no parking available with the apartment.

This is a nice and convenient apartment to stay in for families visiting the local area. Garden apartment means there is not a lot of sun light as it is ground floor. Street parking a bit challenging because it was a graduation weekend but they do have larger lots within moderate walking distance. But regardless - this apartment met our needs. Nice walking neighborhood and found nice local restaurants. Close to DePaul.

I had a great stay. The place was perfect. I was able to have family and friends visit and there was room for everyone to hang out yet I still had the privacy of my own bedroom. While I did not use the kitchen except for coffee, it was very nice and accommodating. The area was beautiful and I walked everywhere. Nice shops, restaurants, the zoo, the lake, DePaul, yet the area was quiet and private. I’d definitely recommend and I’d stay here again.

Heather’s spot is in a prime location, worth the stay if you want a true “local” experience in Chicago. I felt right at home and loved staying in what felt like a historic building. It was so charming yet had modern furniture and amenities that we needed. Heather was very communicative and let us know everything we needed in a timely manner. We absolutely will be booking with her in the future the next time we visit Chicago!

Loved our stay. Great location, very fun roof top. I wish we had longer to stay and shop. Had dinner at Armitage Alehouse and ice cream at Annettes. Highly recommend!! Made brunch one day and had everything we needed, very well equipped and the beds were SUPER comfy!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. I had one small issue with the lock, but the host was responsive and helped me get in quickly. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay.
