Impeccable stay and extraordinary hospitality! My family and I couldn't have asked for anything better! We went down to Pesaro for my wedding out of town, and we relied on his structure. The house was perfect: clean, well-kept, equipped with every comfort and corresponding in everything to the description, if not even better in person. But the real added value was the owner Elvin (and not only him, but also his whole family, his wife and his 2 children): extraordinarily helpful, present at the right time but never intrusive, always ready to give useful advice and respond quickly and kindly to any request. He made us feel really welcome, as if we were at home. A rare hospitality to find, which made our stay special in every respect. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking not only for a place to sleep, but an authentic experience of hospitality and care. We will definitely be back

House immersed in nature, in a very quiet area (you can only hear the birds and sometimes the cow bell in the distance), easily accessible from an untrafficked road. The place is ideal for those who, like me and my husband, seek an escape from the stress of the city and a healthy isolation in nature. The beautiful gated park with a private pool encourages you to relax at home and rest, with views of the mountains and the sweet kitten that circulates on the property. Privacy is also ensured by the grace and discretion of the friendly and welcoming host Valentina and her parents, who try to maintain the pool and garden maintenance if guests are absent. Ideal place also for electrosensitive: although the satellite wifi connection service is available, the host had no problems, following my request, to disconnect any wireless from the apartment, which is also distant from antennas.

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !

The host Andrea was very helpful and always responded quickly. The house looks like on the pictures and it is a very quiet environment. The garden is super well maintained and large. Andrea was helpful with any issue.

We had a really nice stay, the house is fantastic and is idyllically located on a mountain, with great views of the lake (exactly as described in the pictures in the listing). Six of the house was perfect. For shopping, some time should be scheduled due to the mountain location with a small route, but can also be connected to a sweet city stroll in the nearby town. The contact was also impeccable, questions were answered quickly. Would recommend it at any time!

Mirella was an incredible host and her house was just amazing. We felt very comfortable and had everything we needed. The large patio area was a perfect place for breakfast and also for sitting just to take in the beautiful scenery. The location is private but not remote. We even walked to dinner at the excellent nearby restaurant (on Mirella's recommendation). The house and the surroundings make you feel like you are in a postcard - a perfect place for vacation.

I am delighted with our stay at Signora Nadia's apartment. The apartment has a great location , where it is close to the sea (10 minutes walk) and to popular shops like Lidl, Eurospin, MixMarkt. The apartment is in a private house , with its own fence and lighting at night. The interior is renovated, everything is clean and has everything you need: dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a TV, a large bed with a good mattress. Also, the hostess was very attentive and gave me a separate bed additionally - thank you so much for that! We had a lovely time!! And we will definitely come back :) Thank you so much ! Hugs!

What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Very nice and big place. Lot's of things to do from pool to foosball table. Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean, too. The only things that weren't perfect were Wi-Fi coverage and speeds, and some doors were really squeaky. Would definitely visit again!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

A heartfelt and massive thanks to Chiara for eight great days in amazing surroundings and a very nice apartment. Everything was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool is great, the big garden is a great joy and the the view from everywhere on the premises is stunning. Chiara is such a nice and considerate host and both we and our two children enjoyed every second there! We highly recommend staying at Il Colle delle Terrazze, you won’t regret it!

A place immersed in "everything", more than in nothingness, as they say. (and for that reason, the road to get there is quite dirt, eyes open in the evening! But it's well well) Beautiful, clean and cozy house. I recommend this place to recharge your batteries, it's wonderful.

We visited La Barca nel Bosco with 6 adults and 5 kids. The house was big and it had everything we needed. Girolamo and his family were very hospitable and they arranged also arranged a local dinner for us. We did day trips to Fano city, Urbino and much more. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, amzing pool , great people

Maria and Angelo's stay in the house was simply amazing. They welcomed us very well, although we were many hours late due to delayed flight, clutter by rental car and closed Autostrada. The entire property, both inside and out, is of a very high standard. Everything appeared to be extremely clean and well-maintained. We really appreciated having three large bedrooms, two good bathrooms, living room with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and two balconies that could be used for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. We also thoroughly enjoyed the well-maintained pool area and the lush and beautiful garden. In summary - if you want a holiday stay with excellent comfort and with the very best hosts - in an area with almost only Italian tourists - then this house is highly recommended.

Maria Rosa is a wonderful host! In addition to meeting our requests and needs, she was super hospitable and kind! The place is great! All rooms are spacious and spacious, we didn't need anything since everything we needed was present in the house. We stayed for a weekend in 4 people and 6 dogs who really enjoyed the really large outdoor space! Strategic location to reach the sea and the many hiking trails we enjoyed with our furry friends. Great 1 week stay at this villa, 6 adults& 4 kids. Pool was great, beautiful surroundings, very nice towns nearby to visit (Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro++). Superfriendly host in Riccardo who was so helpful and kind assisting with dinner reservations, tips + organising a chef-at-home dinner.
