Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rimini

We enjoyed the time with Claudio very much. My husband was able to work smoothly thanks to the very good internet. The beach and shopping malls are a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is highly recommended for a family of four to five. I highly recommend staying at Claudio's place.

Basically a great place to stay. We felt comfortable and would come back. Unfortunately, the heating could not be put into operation because it is probably controlled centrally by the location. We had two cold days during our week, so it was uncomfortable in the apartment. But we were helped with extra blankets. For our bikes there was a video-proof space in the underground parking.

We stayed for work as 4 people, the apartment was spacious, clean, super equipped. Access was simple and the check-in instructions were ultra detailed. Cassandra is super helpful, kind and very professional. Working in the industry, we hope that others can be as kind and hospitable as Cassandra. The apartment is impeccably equipped with everything and even if something was missing Cassandra would have been immediately ready to provide it. Which wasn't necessary. Cleanliness is impeccable. The area has ample parking, we came with a van and we always found a way to park without problems. No disturbing noise, we always slept peacefully. Perfect in everything, we will definitely be back.

Alessandro is an extremely friendly and reliable person. Despite my arrival two hours late from the agreed check-in time, he was always very nice, flexible and friendly. The place was perfectly in line with what was described in the listing. A very positive experience!

Great location. Very quiet place, a little off the beaten path at the same time with very quick access to the main street in Forla. A very kind and helpful host. We could have checked in earlier than described. The apartment is very spacious, but a little dark. If we ever get back to Forla, we're sure to go to Campus House. Thank you.

A fabulous apartment as well as a fabulous host. We spent almost 3 weeks here and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, well laid out and very well maintained. All in all, very comfortable and as described in the listing. The terrace and balcony are an additional highlight. The situation was ideal for us. Shopping is close by. A great ice cream parlor and a pizzeria (to go) are in the immediate vicinity. The center with the beautiful old town is within walking distance. A private parking space in the courtyard is an additional plus. Emiliano is very likeable and The communication was super easy. He gave us many insider tips for the area, also really good recommendations for the culinary specialties of this beautiful region. For us, everything was just right; we can definitely recommend this apartment and thank our host Emilian again very much

Daniele’s place was a joy to visit. If you want peace and quiet you are in the right place. It is idyllic and rustic. Daniele is a very knowledgeable host and can advise on the history of the area and places to visit. Nothing is too much trouble. The living area spacious and immaculately clean, thanks to Natalia. Our dog was happy in the living space, although we couldn’t let him off the lead in the garden otherwise he would be in the swimming pool or rounding up the rabbits!

Wonderful place, great value for money

We had a wonderful stay at Gabriele's! The house is spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of five. April weather was chilly, but the cozy fireplace kept us warm. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with plenty to explore nearby. You can easily reach the Furlo Gorge for scenic trekking or visit beautiful beaches like Spiaggia Mezzavalle and Spiaggia di Fiorenzuola di Focara. Mornings are ideal for a run or hike in the picturesque countryside. The fenced backyard is a great feature, offering a safe space for our kids and pet to play and relax. If traveling with young children, note the steep stairs in the house. We recommend bringing a baby gate or planning how to restrict access for safety. Gabriele is an incredibly welcoming and kind host. While he doesn’t speak English, communication was seamless using Google Translate. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we highly recommend this charming home for a memorable family getaway!

We were well received, a very nice house where we relaxed. Maurizo tried to communicate with us as well as possible, although his English was not always easy to get along. But despite that, he had explained everything well and clearly. We even got a day of breakfast from Maurizo, super sweet! Everything was also super clean

We stayed for one night in this room. Nothing to say! Everything as described: clean, modern, equipped with all the necessary comforts and really great breakfast. We also really appreciated the location, close to all the main tourist destinations of the Romagna Riviera but just outside the confusion of the town center. In addition, the kindness and courtesy of Emanuele and his family is really a plus. Highly recommended!
